Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusLocated in center street but no any kiosk to buy simple water at night, it was scary place, door was broken I couldn't get in several times the owner never responded at time very bad ,imagine at night! Room had dirty carpets they ask you to take off shoes but carpets never been hoovered I saw cleaner she just brush carpet which is just creating dust all over. There was some crazy neighbours who screamed at night. It's worse than hostel standard

United KingdomThe place is not clean and need basic maintenance. Dirty carpets, upholstery etc. The basic items such such as toilet paper, coffee mugs, cutlery and others missing or are not enough for 5 guests staying there (most of the things are not as in the listing. The balcony which is nicely presented for relaxation is in reality a laundry room constantly filled up with laundry. The communication with the owner was very poor. The food I bought and left in the kitchen was taken by the cleaners twice and they owner got quiet and stopped responding when he was to reimburse the costs.

Cyprus-There is no ventilation in the toilet -Broken shower hanger so you should hold the shower with your hands
-Location is great, close to the city center, free parking available -Room was comfortable and clean -WIFI was okay, suitable for work -There was an iron, grill, washing machine, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay -It's possible to lock your room (there are 3 rooms) -Downstairs there's an amazing breakfast place ALEGRIA where you can get a salad, sandwiches or smoothie (highly recommended!!!) I enjoyed my stay. Seems like the owner really tries to keep the place clean and the guests satisfied.
