bad breakfast with fly on the food ,i told to the staff there and they didnt care about that ,every morning was having house keeping but they didnt clean the room well, never again there i will do a very bad review at trip advisor and generally tommy friends and family to avoid you

The hotel was a bit old. We stayed for 3 nights and only the first day we had our room cleaned. The other two, they came at 15:30 while we slept and left. Only one usable plug socket in our room, in one night we had a black out in the room probably because of an overload (charging two iPhones an iPad and an Apple Watch). Very small to size without satellite to.

The breakfast was ok and very nice pool. The location was excellent, near polyxenia beach and 3 minutes drive from the center of Protaras. Staff was very helpful.

- It has strange sockets and requires adapters from the reception with 2 euro deposit - The AC was weak and the room was hot - The toilet flush was broken and water was running all the time - A nearby venue was blasting live music until 2am and you could hear it in the room

I didn't like the fact that during breakfast they don't have the food covered for protection. The breakfast area was full of flies, on the food also. We were not able to adjust the temperature on our air conditioner in our room. The switch was broken so our only option was to leave it on until the room was frozen and then switch it off for a while. They didn't give us the option with the "Please make my room"/"Do not disturb" carton on our door. So it was like "We will get in your room anyway even if you don't want us to". Furthermore 2 lamps in our room where burnt-out and there was no lamp on the balcony. There was also bad smell coming out of the sink

Had to wait 15 minutes for a spoon to eat breakfast. Staff asked what the issue was but didn’t help. Been to this hotel many times before. Tables were not cleaned after use, drinks during meals were very rarely asked for. Shame last year was so nice but it seems it has not enough staff and no direction or management

The hotel is not in a great position & is a reasonable walk to Pernera or a bus/taxi ride to the Protaras tourist area. It is old & tired with not enough staff & the staff that are there (apart from 1 barman) are apathetic & unhelpful. Several of the facilities advertised are not available (ie. there is no outside kitchen/food service & no entertainment). The biggest issue however is the food which (aside from breakfast) was extremely limited, usually cold & of poor quality. Often the waiting staff were absent during mealtimes & you couldn't get a drink. We were on an all-inclusive basis but ate out approx 80% of our stay. Overall this hotel is quite poor & lacking even the basics. Realistically it is a 2 star and needs attention in many areas.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The pool was a reasonable size with plenty of sunbeds.

Not enough bar staff so it took a long time to get served. Lots of flies landing on the food under the heat lamps. Dinner was dreadful, the meat was very dry, very underwhelming overall. In the room that was booked for 3 people, there were only 2 coffee cups. I booked this hotel for a surprise 70th Birthday gift for my mother. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask if it would be possible for them to arrange for something to be put in the room to mark the occasion, such as a bottle of wine or fruit etc (we were all inclusive). I was informed by the hotel they would try to do everything possible to ensure that my mother had a wonderful birthday. When we arrived, nothing had been put in the room. I asked at reception if we could get something, I was told they would speak to the manager & try to arrange something, that was the last I heard & nothing got put in the room which came as a great disappointment.

It was clean & tidy, staff were pleasant, drinks were good. Breakfast was good.

Requests that were not met even though the hotel was empty so it wasn’t as if they were busy , would not give us the discount even though we are residence of Cyprus, tables not cleared of bottles and glasses, looks like it needed a lick of paint, arcade machines kept keeping the child’s money and no refund

Where do I start..Corridor stinks and is dark and dingy,same can be said for the room Staff are hopeless,none of them have a clue,rude to each other(had them arguing in front of us over our room being wrong) No entertainment as stated on website (apparently as not ran by thomas cook anymore) yet signs are around with a list of "what's on"(gutting for the kids) Food is terrible and not enough choice. Dining area filthy,not enough plates/cups! Nothing works. Flys on food and tables left for ages without being cleared. No atmosphere,every one there seemed to be fed up Staff didn't even take our drink order after the first night ! One morning we waited 15 minutes for plates at breakfast and when they came out the first 3 were dirty,cutlery also dirty! Room wasn't just dated,as some reviews I had read,it was a state,mouldy and dirty! Had to take dirty towels myself to be changed twice! 1st time dirty towels were left and clean ones sat on top ! I could go on! If you work hard for your money and want a decent place to stay and eat, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !! Luckily managed to get a refund and go elsewhere (even though was non refundable,but the lady agreed to it as she knows herself how old everything is,and not enough choice with the food as the hotel wasn't full (her words) ) as we couldnt stand to eat there one more night! No aircon was put on in dining area,and room aircon wasn't enough to keep it cool! Poor service all around,would never return and really disappointed we wasted our money as there are so many beautiful places in the area we have stayed before,but thought we would try something different ! I will let the pics speak for themself! I was pretty shocked it was this bad !! Also a man was walking round all weekend telling staff what to do,they then painted an outside wall (never told anyone it was wet paint) and got no further..I would have started with a deep clean or cutting the grass!
