Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

HungaryIt was really cold in the room, and the ventillation is extremly loud all night. Also, boiler is not providing enogh hot water for all of the guests, our 2nd night we couldn't shower only in cold water.
It was fun and uniq, bedding is clean.

United KingdomThe showers were a bit rustic (pull chains and unisex shower rooms) so we didn’t use those but it wasn’t a problem. It was an experience I won’t forget and enjoyed my stay.
The breakfast was great and staff was super helpful.

ItalyIt is a 'bunker' - so I did not expect the comfort levels to be too high, but I was a bit cold at night. Part of the experience I guess 😄
Great location and super interesting place. Staff were very nice and friendly, I liked the tour and all the retro stuff. Definitely a memorable stay!

It's ok for one night! The bunker is cool, but if you are looking for comfort and relaxation, it's not an option!

South AfricaDidn't realise that the museum, and for that matter most Brno tourist places were actually closed on the one day that we were there. Not really the properties fault, but would have been nice if they told us. Our door lock was also broken, but they immediately moved us to a new room. Not sure what we would have done if we got stuck.
Was an interesting and different experience, that is why we went there. Enjoyed it as an adventure, not particularly for comfort.

SlovakiaThe only thing which was weird but according to the place and vibe was the door which was not fully soundproof (I think most of them were, just not ours). Would be nice to be able to make this one without having the sound from people walking around. Even though it was totally fine during the night :)
Breakfast was inclued in the price which was fair, the place was good and you could really feel the Bunker vibe. Having a free tour through the museum is also a good plus ! And staff was really smiliong and helpful (some are even polyglottes with 4-5 languages spoken)

SerbiaIt would be nice if the breakfast offered a few more vegetarian options, but given the price, we are not disappointed.
10-Z Bunker offers what it says - it gives you a unique experience, but it is not the comfiest place to sleep. For me, that was completely fine as we stayed one night and it is a real historic place after all. :) Don't forget to bring some slippers for the showers.

Czech RepublicIt’s a bunker, an old WW2 era one - beware, comfort and amenities are corresponding and should not be your main priority when considering your stay at that place. People come here rather for the experience :)

PortugalWas a bit uncomfortable and the ventilation was loud and it was a bit cold which lead to me not sleeping so well and I decided not to extend our stay for another night since I was recovering from a cold and needed some good rest. But that all was to be expected - it's a bunker after all and it was obvious from previous reviews. Still totally worth the experience!
Breakfast was good average, especially considering it's a bunker, the location was great. Having stayed the night we got to see the bunker exhibition for free on the next day which was awesome!

IrelandNo opportunities for cooking or storing your own food, so this place is best for staying one-two nights. Due to the pipes surrounding the bunker, it can be noisy at night. A great experience for the night, but perhaps not ideal for long-term stays.
This is one of the most characteristic hostels I have ever slept in. Being created around a large military bunker just down from the castle of Brno, the place was like a museum, with an exhibition, military uniforms, equipment, and interesting information about warfare in Brno. The beds were old soldier's beds, and the showers were from the same era. So authentic! The breakfast was also nice, and was served in a nice place to chat with other guests. The staff were friendly and service-minded too.
