How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There is no hairdryer in the room. Small misunderstanding when I asked for company invoice.
I like the location and during the last months I tried other nearby facilities as well. I was afraid that Aaron will not be comparable with much more expensive competition but I was wrong. Cleanliness, breakfast, very quiet room accessible from the inner courtyard, wifi - everything was ok. Parking on the street between 20-8 free of charge or in the nearby underground garage for 10 EUR/day, handled by the reception.

Lack of proper heating was our only issue. Otherwise everything was good for the price.
Staff and location is great. Room is spacious. Neighborhood is safe and cute. They provide hairdryer upon request.

Ketlle would have been nice.
Superb location, 1 min from the metro, shops and restaurants around, yet very quiet. The room is large, comfortable, lovely picture of Prague. Nice receptionist. Strong wifi.

Stairs, older furniture should be changed in future. It would be great to have rubber flip flops in room.
It was pleasure and calm stay. Breakfast, location. Its good place for short stay. I recommend it.

I stayed for 6 nights and they never did the bed. Also, it's winter and they turned off the heater after 10pm, so the room was very good at night.
The staff is nice, and helpful.

The room was super clean and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was clean. The breakfast they offered was amazing and included different dishes. Staff were super friendly from the beginning. The location is perfect, very close to Krizikova metro and tram station, with easy access to the city center through metro line B and tram line 12. It was also a great value for money. Highly recommended and looking forward to staying there again in my next trip to Prague.

They charges mi more than Booking says. They say because of current EUR to CZK ration. But it was too high for that.

good location, quick check-in, neighborhood is nice, but a bit far walking to the city center, better to use metro, the station is nearby. We were staying with a dog, for additional payment (but not too expensive). Breakfast is ok, no complaints. Parking from the apartment was not available due to some external reasons, so we left a car on a street, parking is free on a weekend, so we just paid for a few hours on Friday, near 350 CZK.

Not sure, but seems there is no lift, so better check in advance.
Breakfast was as expected, and I prefer have simple breakfast, rather than looking for where to eat and spend more money. And it saves time.

Room & bathroom needs some renewal/renovation.
All was good with all you need to stay overnight. Good location with tram/bus connection with downtown & places you want to see in Prague, apartment clean.

All in all everything was great, maybe a bit far away from centre

There are very steep stairs leading from lobby to the first floor. TV didn't work.
Location is really nice. A lot of grocery shops and cafes. Very close to metro station. Nice staff.

Very dry air, water pressure. (But could be Prag general) One sheet had a hole but everything was clean.
It is really central and you can take the metro and tram. Quickly everywhere ~20/30 minutes. Clear instructions, easy to check in and out.

The shower wasn't very well sealed, there was quite a lot of water on the bathroom floor after showering that I needed to mop up.
Really good value hotel, the rooms are big with ensuite bathroom. Good location in a nice neighbourhood right next to a metro station with good links into the city centre & transport hubs.
