I booked a King Room and was upgraded to a Castle Suite which was huge! Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, it was nice to have vegetarian/vegan options on the menu. Location was perfect, a couple of minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and metro/trams to get around the city.

Very centrally located, few steps from the main square. Very friendly staff, esp karla in the breakfast room was especially attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast with many choices. Comfortable bathroom with everything needed.

Nothing major really. But the rooms are a bit noisy (you could easily hear people in other rooms moving or talking oe babies crying). For that, we were moved from room 410 to room 438 on our last two nights. However room 438 lock did not work. The beds and the pillows are quite soft and we personally prefer harder pillows and matresses, but this is just personal preference. Finally, the room has coffee but no tea option.

The staff was exceptional. All members went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and they also planned a lovely suprise in the room for my wife bday. The room was lux, spacious and perfectly clean. Excellent location to walk around Prague and the food and drinks were top class, almost Michelin level.

The mattress I wish was of the medical type - The daily cleaning is very good, but I wish there was a deeper cleaning that includes under the bed - The breakfast in the restaurant is very good, but I wish there was more variety with the food items changing daily. In the end, these are just comments that do not detract from the beauty of the hotel accommodation and the wonderfulness of most of the staff members.

A very beautiful hotel with modern decor and furniture. The location is great, close to Wenceslas Square. The staff is wonderful, from Mr. Kim and all the staff at the reception counter, to Mr. Ibrahim in the restaurant, and Ms. Uliana with her constant smile. The room service is fast. you will never forget the beautiful smell when you first enter the hotel.

There’s nothing I can say that I didn’t like about the property—everything was simply perfect.

The property was exceptional—fresh, impeccably clean, and ideally located. It was within walking distance to restaurants, cafés, shopping centers, and several popular sightseeing spots. The staff were outstanding—unfailingly welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. I have never encountered such warm hospitality anywhere else in Europe.

No view at all - but I knew this and didn't need a view. I travelled alone - my first room was an inter connecting type with the door locked between me and the next room. It was a little noisy with 2 men in the next room. I spoke to the desk and they were happy to move me.

Great location - easy to walk to the tourist area without being stuck amongst the crowds. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Fantastic trendy bar/restaurant with excellent food. Room was modern and lux.

The AC did not work and it was hot in our room. I went and asked about it and the fro t desk just said it was broken. No answer on getting it fixed.

The room was great. However, they have my room to the other person we were traveling with. I was a little upset at that.

I don't care for rain shower heads and the handheld was mounted to low to use as a regular shower. Hotel was on the pricier side.

Excellent location. Rooms are smaller but very efficient. Very nice that it had a desk as well as small divan for sitting. Plenty of room for two large suitcases. Well designed bathroom with generous towels, though it would be nice to have a place in the shower to prop a leg for shaving. Excellent breakfast

Everything about the hotel is perfect. It's located close enough to the city center so that you can easily walk to the old town (but not actually in old town - which can be annoying to drive in and out of). The rooms themselves are clean comfortable and stylish. And the amenities at the hotel are top notch - with a fantastic, new fitness area and an adjacent sauna facility (70 C). The breakfast offering is also quite good - with high quality produce and some decent set choices to order from. Really great place to stay to explore Prague and a good value for the money.

Everything was perfect. Such a good vibe at the hotel and staff extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Our room was excellent, comfy bed and pillows, clean and fresh air. Everything was just perfect. We will be returning to Prague and we will stay there again and looking forward to it.
