Good location and easy to access with the codes etc. Clean and handy with the kitchen area to use. Only problem was a lack of TV channels but not too much of a problem really. We would only watch a bit of BBC world news etc if available whilst back at the room. All in all a nice stay

The only thing we were a bit afraid of, was about the noise between different bedrooms, we could hear our neighbours but all the people was really quiet and respectfull (no sounds in the other apartments neither in the area)

The appartment had a really good location, 15 min walking to the oldtown (really convenient for the price). They have free luggage deposit separate for each room and s cosy common area with a lot of ameneties.

Very thin walls so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and you happen to get noisy neighbours.

Great facilities in that you could use the shared kitchen to make all your own meals. All the kitchen ware that you need and cutlery was provided. Use of the washing machine was very handy.

The worst thing was no cleaning, no towels change in 4 nights, their idea for you is to use the washing machine. Besides, dark towels start stinking when damp (I would highly recommend to replace them with white towels, and to change them at least during long stays). I also suggested via email to fix things in the bathroom, as now whenever you use water sink (extremely small!) or the shower, the floor is flooded! Unforrunately, before arrival the host forgot to send us entrance codes, and didnt reply my messages for 2 days. Also during our stay it took them a whole day to reply via WhatsApp. It's rather unusual. And yes, you will hear every word from the adjacent room.

I liked the design of the purple room (because I like purple!:) The room was warm, with all necessary things. The bed was comfy (though the double bed had two a bit small covers). We could make tea and instant coffee in the room. We didn't use the kitchen (coffee machine is still broken).

Great location, walking distance from the center. Nice room, beautiful design, surprisingly comfy beds. Fridge, coffee + tea in the room, stacked common area with kitchen. Awesome value for money.

Clean basic accommodation which was actually all we needed but if you want something more upmarket this is not the place for you.

Entrance to the property from the outside was not well mantained.

Good central position near many attractions. Room was large enough for single traveller but had two single beds. Room was totally decorated in the colour pink. Excellent modern shower unit. Very well equipped utensils and having a fridge was great. Large room for guest use with cooking facilities and large TV was good. The heating system was very efficient and nice to come back to a warm room. Clean and well presented.

It’s a very minor thing but the room door does not open easily.

The room is very spacious including a table and a desk, a small fridge, and free luggage storage for your departure day are also nice.

Beds weren't the comfiest ever but nothing to impede sleep.

Very easy location to walk to everywhere from, even the Charles bridge and the lesser town feels like a quicker walk than it actually is. The public transport connections around the hostel are great too, with a tram stop 4 minutes down the road. It was minimal in terms of luxuries, but for the incredible price, it was amazing. Perfect for a group of 4 friends travelling on a budget. Air conditioning was put to good use as we were there on very hot days. The room was a bedroom with ensuite, and a common living area shared with the other bedrooms with a full kitchen, sofa, TV and fußball table. They also provide a large lockbox in the apartment but outside the bedroom itself for you to store luggage on your final day. This was invaluable. Great customer service and strong communication from staff.

It was not always possible to quickly communicate with the staff, there were inconvenient check-in/check-out hours, which, to my regret, could not be rescheduled.

The walls were very thin, so the common area was very loud and we could hear full conversations from our neighbours rooms and their alarms woke us up. The shower head was mounted too high on the wall so I couldn't reach it without my husband's help, and the shower itself was hard to get in and out of. We also got a lot of confusing automated emails (asking us to complete pre-check in questions when we had already done so, informing us of our upcoming stay while we were already there, asking us to check out when we had checked out hours ago etc).

The building was well located and the price was very reasonable. The air conditioning was great given how hot it was during our stay. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a locker to leave our things for our last day.

The room was adequate, however be prepared to deal with noisy neighbors. The walls are paper thin. I believe all the rooms share a false ceiling and the sound travels through them without barriers.

We stayed in brown room-this room is very tiny for 6 persons. But most of the time we spend in the city so it wasn't so bad.
