Location was great we had a late check-in, but the man at the bar downstairs helped us our room was spacious and functional enough. bathroom and toilet were clean enough for a hostel. Inside was warm.

The room is stuffy, especially room with bed 9,10,11,12…. You have to deposit money for the keys, the towel.

The washroom is small. I can’t barely fit inside. There’s one Egyptian guy in the room throwing tantrums and the audacity to give some awkward sounds every time I make some sounds. The floor is noisy when I walk around it’s not my fault but this guy is giving tantrums every time. I was checking out in the morning so I need to open my luggage and again he did it. He was even talking to his phone around 1am yet the audacity to make drama. Not the hostel fault though.

Arrived at night time. The guy who check me in is really good. He is working at the restaurant as the reception is close already.

I have no issues about the property because you get what you paid for, dont expect something fancy. But some backpackers are really loud, they even smoke weed in the kitchen

Double charged in person for city tax. Room 1 has a heater without a thermostat/control, so you have to leave the window open, otherwise the room gets too hot to sleep. Still very warm unless the wind is strong, so not the best night sleep.

Good location, 5 minutes from Tesco, 13 minutes from main tourist areas. Good value for a private.

The room was a little bit smelly, it's winter and i'm guessing opening the windows it's off limits because it's really cold, but you could smell that the room wasn't ventilated properly, much more in the kitchen. In my room there was a guy who wasn't quiet at all and was screaming the whole night, I wish there was a way to report this, but reception is not 24/7, I left but the guy kept staying there, so I tried to report this situation in the morning to the staff in the reception, but he took so long just talking with a guest, like 20 minutes it's way to long, i know he was trying to be helpful with this guest, but he had a lot of people waiting there, so at the end just gave him the keys and left

Location was really good. Very centric. It's exactly what you get for the price to be honest.

I have booked a third night, but the building smelt really bad, no shower towels not even for face, even if i booked a private room. Personal was nice but the building/rooms need some maintenance. Reception works from 8am to 8:00pm. No help if you need assistance before or after.

I did not like the check in because we arrived around 11pm and need to meet the bar tender for check in process. The bar tender was helpful, however i dont like the process because i need to wait ard 20 mins before i can get a key. It was due to he had to attend to a drunk customer which i think it was not his fault. He did serve the customer but the drunk customer broke the glass and he had to remake the drinks which prolonged the waiting. The shower room and toilet is seperated but too small. I think the cable in the toilet from the heater should be sealed as it looks very dangerous However, upon check out the reception is great and let us store our luggage before our take our to budapest from florenc In overall its a nice place i really love it

I loved the location and the price was more than interesting. The dorm itself was not incredible but the price/quality ratio was the most interesting I've find ! I had a good time there
