PolandFood - if you are vegetarian there isnt too much choice. Dinners were nice, but breakfast is challenging. After 9am there were no eggs, scrambled eggs is made on meat fat, so we could eat was basically cheese. Also, we were there on 1-5 May, the hotel seemed to be full, and at breakfast the restaurant ran out of many things (not only eggs, but fruit, tea bags...)
I really like the location and proximity to the bus to Spindlerova Bouda, the joined rooms, playground for kids. Some restaurant staff are really nice.

GermanyThere are different buildings and if you want to go to the breakfast or to the pools you have to go outside everytime. When we were there, it was raining all day and quite uncomfortable.
The pools are great, the rooms are nice too with nice bathrooms. Little distance to the ski lift.

Israelvery nice place to stay with kids. there's a playground and of course, the waterpark that is available for guests for free. we had breakfast included and also dinner. both were very nice. there is plenty of parking. the location is less than 5 min driving from the town center.

PolandWe traveled as a family of 5, with 3 kids. The family (joined) room was perfect for us, with good size rooms and two bathrooms. Meals were good, with perhaps not enough of vegetarian options (but that's not uncommon in CZ), all fresh and tasty. Swimming pool with slides is definitely a bonus for kids :) One missing thing was lack of table we could all sit by in our rooms (only coffee tables). Overall, very nice and clean hotel, with good good, great location and friendly staff.

The food was cheap and not tasty. I must say that was too uncomfortable to move away all the time for restaurant and aquapark as it’s not mention in the booking facilities. Not recommended

Stuff was friendly, location was great. Aquapark was ok, and thats true that jacuzzi wasnt too hot.

Czech RepublicLong distance from the restaurant and Aquapark building on untreated sidewalk, full of ice and very slippery. Room door were damaged like if someone was breaking in. Dirty drinking glasses in the room. Very tiny parking lot. Really tiny.. Not possible to borrow additional towel in the Aquapark and you get only one big and one small in the hotel.

Ukraine- Aquapark attendance was not included in the price, even though other comments of travellers said about 2h of auapark per day. You had to bring your own towels - and it was not mentioned anywhere before you go in the aquapark. - Breakfast time slots are weird, divided by groups. No scrambled eggs! Food selection is pretty poor, but all was at least tasty. - There is no restaurant- for dinner only buffet style. No restaurant nearby, you have to go to the city center
Aquapark near hotel is a plus. The area around is lovely, nature reach.

Czech RepublicThe hotel, reception, aqua park and restaurant are in separate buildings and there is no linkway between them. You should cross the parking lot which was heavily iced and nobody was trying to clean it. A lot of specific rules on every corner.
