Stairs to accommodation were in the middle of an often-busy restaurant, which was a bit awkward, but it wouldn't prevent us from booking again in the future 🙂

I’d love a gym or workout room

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Right in the old town center where all the gorgeous buildings are and steps away from Charles Bridge. It has spotless housekeeping service and you don’t have to ask personnel to make up your room not complain that it hasn’t been done, which is an increasing fashion in European hotels. It has all the amenities hotels used to have like slippers, ear plugs, shoehorn and L’Occitane products in the bathroom. Staff is eager to help at all times and they always offer to carry your luggage for you. They even had the courtesy to receive my suitcase which had been delayed by the airline and bring it to my room and to print out or train tickets. If we come to Prague again, I’d love to stay at this hotel one more time.

We did had a little incident with the minibar: we usually don’t check the mini bar when we first arrive at (any) hotel room as we believe that whoever prepares the room also checks the minibar. But in this case,on the second day, one of the staff members came to the room to refill the minibar as we “had used it”. After a bit of chitchat we told them that we didn’t used it, moreover specially because we don’t drink alcohol and the missing beverage as a beer. Long story short, always check the minibar, because we were lucky to be in the room when they went to refill it, otherwise we could have been charged for something we did not used.

The hotel is in an amazing location, a walk away from most of the sights. The rooms where very clean and warm, that was very good since we went in December and the temperatures where below 0.

The only negative point would be the lack of an elevator, but even so, everything was perfect!!

We loved everything, from the location to the kindness of the staff, who left us a beautiful welcome with a bottle of wine and chocolates just because I mentioned I was celebrating my anniversary. What a lovely detail! And the breakfast—undoubtedly the best buffet-style hotel breakfast I've ever had—was super abundant, varied, and delicious.

Our room was at the top of 4 flights of stairs, no elevator. This was fine for the younger people in our party, but be aware may not be suitable for anyone needing assistance. Staff helped us carry our bags up and down the stairs upon check-in and check-out.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of lovely included amenities (L’Occitane shampoo/conditioner etc). The buffet breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic location right near the Charles Bridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Lots of stairs. Be prepared if you’re on the higher floor. But gorgeous rooms and helps to justify having a chimney cake or two.

Super location. The restaurant side opens up into Charles st so you can walk straight out to the Charles bridge.
