The only problem in my opinion is that they don’t have elevator since the structure is old, but well renovated.

I booked the junior suite for 2 people, it was very spacious and all furnitures were very nice and brand new. We had two bathrooms, two showers and one bathtub, and everything for a cheap price. The staff was nice, continental breakfast was included and very rich. The staff were nice and the location was close to everything worth to see. I would recommend it especially for couples .

Bed was quite hard and room was super heated when we arrived. It took over a day to get it cooled to a temperature we could sleep in. Auto lights outside the room that come on when someone walks past were quite bright and annoying through the night so we had to block the windows on the door to prevent the light from coming in. Overall I enjoyed my stay but because the things related to sleep were frustrating I can't rate a 10.

The location was perfect, easy to get to from the airport with public transport, so central and walking distance to everywhere in city and round the corner from main square. Staff were amazing, room was massive and huge bath & shower. Great Irish bars near by & round the corner from Charles bridge

access to the room is via rather narrow staircase - not an issue for us, but can be an issue for somenone - definitely not barrier free

When returning to the room after being away, or after having the bathroom door closed overnight, the bathroom needs an airing out with some outside air opening a window, as there is a smell that fills the room. We weren't sure if that was a plumbing issue (maybe from the shower drain) or to do with air being pumped into the bathroom through the air extraction when it is off but other rooms are maybe sharing the same ventilation system for air extraction from the bathrooms?

The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms feel really spacious with the high ceilings and the bed is very comfortable. The location is outstanding! Breakfast was great!

The door for our room was not a proper door therefore you could really feel people passing by. As I am a heavy sleeper I did not mind but my partner did

The room on the 3rd floor had a very high ceiling (with ceiling windows) so no real view. The bathroom did have windows on the courtyard so i could easily have the windows open there.

great location, nice staff, great bed, a good shower and a large breakfast buffet. Good quality for the price you pay. Also a nice restaurant downstairs. (they also helped me to get my suitcase to the 3rd floor so unless you have knee issues or can't do stairs, the lack of an elevator is no issue at all).

radiator in small bathroon wasnt working, so was a little cold. sliding door to the resturant was noisy, especially in the morning.

Great room, very large and comfortable. two very well appointed bathrooms. Plenty of towels, and excellent toiletries. included slippers and bathrobe. ideal suited for exploring the old town of Prague. very good breakfast.

Nothing I disliked, only a suggestion that I’d like to make is to keep eggs and non meat foods in separate heating boxes away from each other because I didn’t like the fact that someone may have been using the same serving forks for bacon that I’d be using for the eggs etc.

Location was amazing, rooms were lovely, shower and bath great. Yes there’s no lift but once you’ve climbed the stairs a few times you get used to it. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, lovely coffee. The staff were friendly and especially the ginger girl at reception was exceptionally friendly. Will definitely stay again. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was good and really reasonably priced. And the Czech Riesling was the best I’ve had!!

The location was excellent 5 minute walk to old town square and the Charles bridge was right around the corner lots of shops and restaurants nearby too! Staff were so friendly and when we checked in we got an upgrade too

During the rain the breakfast room was a bit leaky

I truly enjoyed that there was always someone at the front desk at the lobby, ready to assist with boarding passes that needed printing, reserving a taxi and general assistance. The room was sprayed with a nice scent upon arrival which was soothing.
