By far our favorite hotel on our 3 week experience through Europe. The staff was great, the breakfast was amazing each morning and our view of the Prague Castle will forever be in our memories. Thank you for a great stay!!

Let me tell you a story We left the hotel for a walk then we decided to get a taxi so we took one from the street he ended up over charging us when we went back to hotel I told the receptionist and he told his coworker and in less than 24 hours they got the taxi driver to come back to the hotel and give back what he over charged and an apology, amazing staff thank you.

We could hear the room above moving around but it was very minor.

We loved everything from the warm welcome from Giuseppe, the whole place is decorated well and spotlessly clean. Our room was huge! The staff were all very friendly and the buffet breakfast had a very good selection of both hot and cold foods. Whilst it lies across the river from the main Old Town, it's a very pleasant and peaceful area very close to the castle and easily walkable/commutable to various sights. The Charles Bridge is just 10-15 minutes walk, Metro A line is about 10 minutes walking, several tram stops close by. We recommend visiting the gardens behind the Czech Parliamentary Senate which is just nextdoor to the hotel.

Our superior room (might be all of them) had windows facing the courtyard which wouldn't be a problem if the courtyard did not have the rooftop closed. Unfortunately this way the room has access to fresh air only via AC.

Superb location - search no more if you want to stay in a safe and quiet place close to metro and many-many main attractions. Very friendly staff (greetings to Petr). The breakfast was also way better than we expected with good quality dishes and most of all fresh fruit daily. We were very happy with our stay and we can recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Prague.

Central location (1 min walk from bus/tram stop), but especially quiet environment. Kind and helpful staff (special thanks to Helena at reception). Cosy and perfectly clean room, with toiletries, coffee machine. Fair breakfast, we highly appreciated gluten-free pastries available at request.

The hotel staff are the best. They can’t be more helpful and kind, especially Giuseppe. I was supposed to be in Barcelona but my flight from San Francisco to Barcelona got canceled so I ended up in Prague. However, this hotel made the whole experience so amazing. Thanks again!

Giuseppe and Petr were so helpful (offering tips and recommendations) and caring (My wife had a cold while visiting Prague and Giuseppe helped her make a cup of tea late one afternoon and Petr directed her to the pharmacy. The breakfasts were delicious, beds super-comfy and all of the staff were friendly. Location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

I stayed in room which was sort of on mezzanine level and there was some noise in the morning. The coffee/ tea machine only poured small amounts of hot water requiring it to run couple of times. Also a proper cup of mugs would have been nice instead of only expresso shots cup

Located in lesser town area was great and easy to walk around for all key tourist attractions. The tram stop is also nearby for going to other places. The breakfast was included in the price and staff was courteous and helpful.
