I booked my hotel through Booking com. I went to the hotel and the receptionist said the room rate has increased and I have to pay 10€ more. it wasn't nice

Extremely expensive parking, wi-fi slow and unreliable during evenings where more people were at the hotel. Price per night was higher than in similar quality hotel located near city center in Hamburg.

The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. They took the time to find an osteopathy specialist available even on the weekend, which ultimately saved my back. I'm truly grateful for their assistance.

Too much light in the room, hard to sleep in the morning. Automatic light in the toilets, I don't like that when I wake up during night. Bad smell in the corridor. Breakfast room too crowded, hard to find a spot. Far from the city center.

Nice large room, confortable king bed, very nice breakfast. Perfect temperature. Nice desk to work. Close to the congress center.

1. My room window view was a cemetery. Viewing outside the room window and seeing a grave yard gave me a terrible, bad feeling. 2. There was no bathroom weighing scale. So I couldn't weigh myself/my luggage. It will be great to have a weighing scale in the bathroom.

The window was opaque in the lower half- no way to look outside although the view would have been nice from the 11th floor... Can't see a reason for that - it gives a strange feeling. Open space bathroom - not enough privacy when you don't travel with family . Bed a bit too soft - but that goes for most accomodations :)

We were misinformed about the free parking and ended up paying 70 more euros for it. I think guests should be informed in advance how much they will be changed for using this service.

The location isn't great. If you're a tourist that's fine, but if you're staying long term and working, and don't have a car, it is not practical.

The check-in process always somehow takes about 10 minutes, even if I enter my info ahead and pay in advance. The parking house is inconvenient to use and expensive, so I usually end up parking about 500m away along the street.

I stay in this hotel every time when in Prague. It is clean, quiet and overall great value for money. Comfortable beds are a big plus as well.

The toilets are not a separate room but basically a stall with a flimsy door that doesn't go all the way up. Very little protection against sounds and smells. The parking situation is chaotic and overpriced.

The rooms were overall nice looking and clean, the service was friendly, the breakfast was nothing special but pretty good.
