The hotel is located in a very nice setting. You see lots of trees and hills/mountains around it. It is a quiet place. The room was nice but quite small. Hard to walk around with luggage open. Breakfast was very nice, and the view from the restaurant balcony was amazing. A really great place was the spa in the basement. I fully recommend it! It has great saunas, a jacuzzi, and a nice pool. We will have fond memories of this place.

Wonderful breakfast in a great setting. Nice roomy area, with a great staff. We loved everything about this hotel. It's the best choice in Moravia, convenient in location. This was our 3rd stay and if we ever come back, it will be our choice.

I go a big cold as it was not possible to turn off the air conditioning. It took me 4 days to get rid of it.

There was no shower curtain in our bathroom so had to try and position the shower head as not to soak the bathroom.

Super comfortable room with all the amenities you could need - mini fridge, air con, huge tv and plenty of wardrobe/storage space. Secure on-site parking. 24-hour reception was great for us as we returned late from a wedding. Big thank you to the receptionists who helped us order food on the Sunday evening (we couldn’t find anywhere open in town) and were generally just very helpful and kind!

Good modern place to stay inn. Restaurant is worth trying. Stayed multiple times here and they know how to surprise with variations of traditional Czech and modern cuisine. Radegast is local beer brand worth of trying.

The rooms were a bit noisy, but thanks to the connecting door it was very pleasantly quiet at night. Unfortunately we were only there one night.

All in all, we really liked the hotel. The location not far from the center and yet a bit on the edge, so very quiet. Parking was free in a secured location. The staff spoke good English, were very friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful view of the forest and the tennis court. Nothing was missing from the room facilities. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. We want to come back.

The power outlets are under furniture so you need to get underneath to plug in your electronics.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel at the edge of Frenstat. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. The bathroom had nice toiletries. A nice breakfast selection was very good. It was an easy walk into the town square and the museum. There are hiking trails behind the hotel.

We liked the stay. Went for a trip to Pustevny and had wonderful dinner in hotel restaurant afterwards. Food was delicious, but maybe bit pricey. We did not manage to get to the wellness, maybe next time. Room was huge but bathroom could get some renovation.

We would appreciate wine glasses in rooms and shoes to come to wellness. But so far it was very nice and we didnt find anything we really didnt like. Maybe the facilities in room might have been newer (old tv not smart).

Breakfast was fine, we expected little bit more, but everything tasted good. Typical hotel breakfast. The highlight was homemade bread which tasted awesome. Wellness in the hotel is very nice and cheap. The best thing from the whole trip was the restaurant! The dishes were absolutely amazing.

It fully deserves the 4* stars! Everything is perfect! I am gusst of this hotel for almost 20 years and it is impressive how the management developed it from an worn out tourist hostel dated to a high standard western 4* hotel. Very good restaurant for dinner and breakfast

Quite often disturbing noise of slamming doors. Rooms are not well insulated in my opinion. Otherwise good value of money spent.

The hotel looks renovated and the reception is pleasant but when you enter the room, it's a bit of a disappointment. My reservation indicated a room with a mountain view but instead I had a view of the housing estate. I didn't get to enjoy the view anyway but I see it as unfair to other customers.

I really liked the parking possibility and outdoor blinds.

Impossible to operate air conditioning within the room, we needed to call reception. And air circulation at bathroom was on and off every 4 minutes. We could hear the noise even if we fully closed the bathroom door.

Very nicely renovated facility, both exterior and interior. Easy access by car, very good parking, good breakfast, nice and sizeable room. Service was also very good. Good proximity to city center by car or by short walk.
