The sofa creaked a little, and there was no shower essentials except for soap, such as shower gel, etc.

There was no AC, and I wasn't comfortable opening the windows due to bugs. There were two large fans that helped. Also, the apartment was on the third floor, and the elevator didn't work most of the time.

The level of service was excellent. We were told to call approximately 30 minutes before arrival and upon parking (unfortunately the free parking was full) we were picked up and dropped off at our apartment. Our driver offered us many tips on parking an so on. Communication was excellent.

Excellent, central location. Great spacious penthouse apartment and lovely views from the window. Very comfortable beds. Member of staff helped us park our car, so this was stress free part of our trip. Good enough kitchen for making little snacks, coffee or tea.

Accessibility by car limited, but completely expected considering this area is mostly a walking zone.

The location is amazing. In the heart of the most beautiful part of the city center just across from the vřídlo (geyser) and St Marie Magdalen church. Epic views in a historic building with modern amenities. There is an elevator that sits inside the center of a staircase that spirals around it. We stayed for 3 nights and found the accommodations to be exactly what we were looking for and our kids (9 and 13) loved this place. There are markets that stay open late within a few minutes of the apartment to purchase all you need for breakfast or for toiletries etc. Some tips we can share are if you plan to stay more than a few nights you may want to purchase more coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Laundry facilities are in the basement and shared with others staying as well as the cleaning crew so plan accordingly. Is a good idea to bring your own detergent soap bar if you plan to wash clothes. The apartment host was great and very accommodating. Provided us with his personal cell number and was responsive the 2 times we reached out. Be aware that if you have lots of luggage access by car is 20-25 meters away from building and you cannot drive in front of the apartment. Also if you have your own car the walk is about 10 mins (5 if your a fast walker) up a steep road. We did not mind this at all, but if you’re not up to that be aware and plan accordingly. Can’t say enough how much we loved this place and highly recommend it.

Perfectly clean apartment, well equipped. Great views of the historic centre, awesome location in the centre of spa area, but also close to mountain paths. The owners and managers are young, nice people, very friendly and happy to help with everything. Parking is at another location, but the owners will get your luggage and drive you to the apartment and then back upon the checkout. You can still access the car in the meantime. For us that wasn't a problem, when you see how busy and crowded is the closed spa area (with no parking at the location itself) you will be glad you don't have to be all stressed out driving narrow streets full of people, and instead you can enjoy a beer. We were there during Christmas and everything was well organised.

Everything was wonderful. Tip: Remember to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, soap, and toothpaste. These items were not provided in the apartment, but we had everything we needed with us.

It was beyond great! We were picked up by car, assisted with check-in, and presented with delicious champagne. The apartment is incredibly spacious and stylish, featuring high ceilings and plenty of storage space. The windows offer a breathtaking view of the city and the river. A truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend this apartment.
