The hotel is located above the restaurant, so it can be noisy in the evening and the night. Also others rooms are not sound isolated enought because it is a historic building. Overall, I enjoyed the stay there.

Perfect location in a historic center close to the main square. In walking distance is shopping center with parking lots and street with many restaurant and shops. The room was clean and had everything i need.

Nice looking, comfortable space. Plenty of room, clean. It’s not above a night club, as mentioned by other reviewers, but above a little Italian restaurant. There was no loud music during my stay. There were no bed bugs. Good location on a fairly quiet street.

There is only one heater in the room, it takes forever to heat up the room. Even so, it was only warm around the sofa area (near the heater) but relatively chill on the other side of the room. (I stayed in winter when outside was minus degrees.)

Great central location on a quiet street; the building is attractive and rooms are furnished with vintage furniture, giving them charm and a unique personality. Our family room had a kitchenette, a balcony and a large bathroom.

I was disappointed that the room I chose from the photo on the website was not the room I was given. I really wanted the room with the beautiful vaulting! While the large double bed that my friend slept in had bedside tables and lamps, my single bed had nothing. The room could use more outlets - for two people trying to plug things in there were definitely not enough.

The best thing about this hotel is the central location, and the fact that there is parking in the courtyard. The rooms are very quiet and very roomy.

Unfortunately, while the restaurant was very good, the outlet for its fan was right next to our window. Not only was it noisy (like a lot), but, as they serve fish, it smelled, like, well, fish. Extra stinky fish. Blick. As the inn is in the center, it is noisy. Especially in the a.m. when the drunks go home. Air-conditioning would have solved the problem (it was too hot to close the windows) but, given the character of the place, air conditioning was not expected (and sweating like a pig paradoxically adds to the experience). Ear plugs, however, are a must. BTW, The last day there was no water, so no shower. But that was the city's fault. They cut it off for the whole block.

Great location. Parking out back. Very good (Spanish) restaurant (a plus and a minus, see below). The rooms were threadbear and the stairs creaked. But, when I travel for fun, I like it a bit rough. Reminds me of college. Adds to the experience (it's not like I'm on business). But that's just me. Some people like it spic and span no matter why they travel. Those people would be happier elsewhere.

Rooms on last floor can be tricky for taller people because of the low walls and if you have big luggage to cary up the stairs. During hot summer days it gets really hot without AC.

Very close to the city center! The two beds in the triple room ok for 3 members family. 4 min walk from Restaurant Nase Farma ( steaks are amazing!). Many other coffee shops close by.

The restaurant at first floor hade guests using a outside atrium for late night conversations.

Location in Old Town means you are close to everything of interest. The staff was nice and friendly. My room was large with all I needed for just two nights. Comfortable bed.

1. The bed in our room had a headboard and similarly a footboard which made it uncomfortable as we could not strech out. on it I am medium hight (164 cm) but even for me it was an issue. The matrace on my part of the bed had a smaller indentation in the middle, which gave me a back ache. Matrace is always an individual issue, I know, I would personally prefer a harder one. 2. Towels could probably use a different detergent - the current one is rather bad smelling. 3. Parking is a bit cumbersome, but didn't bother us (have to circle around the block, get out of the car and use an electronic opener right at the gate as it does not work remotely) this is rather and FYI and not real criticism.

5 minute walk from gorgeous main square with lots of cafes, shops, breakfast places. Downstairs in the building there is a good looking Spanish tapas bar., was closed for Easter weekend. We'll try it next time!

We have chosen the pension for quick one night stay. It had everything we needed. Location near the city centre we great. Room was large, bathroom nice and cleaned.

I missed the working table. Some coffee would be nice since the restaurant did not worked in the mourning.

The room was big enough and the room was clean. The check-in was acceptable since I had to send an SMS 30 mn before I arrive but the host was waiting as planed.

Hotel Penzion Bohemia located right in the historic center of the city but we picked it for short distance to ČeskýKrumlov, about 30 minutes to drive. Free parking is secured and spacious. The guesthouse located in the historic center of Buděžice, five minutes to walk to the central square and Black Tower. Old fashion rooms and furniture, bathroom is clean. TV, small refrigerator, Wi-Fi works well. Some lack of service. Looks like one person is running all business.

The windows opened onto a courtyard in which visitors and staff smoked and the smoke wafted up into the room. This was inconvenient during the heat of the summer when the windows must be open and the small electrical fan does not provide enough cooling.

Nice bed, the size of the room was great, and I liked the added on mini kitchen.

Noise in the evenings from restaurant staff talking and laughing in the courtyard below our windows was intrusive. It was a warm night and there is no aircon, so we had the windows open. We had to close the windows to sleep, but still the noise intruded.

We’re a bit lost whilst locating the pension without wifi but found it eventually. Room is large and clean, located very close to city centre, short walking distance to all local attractions and restaurants. Easy and fast checked in and out.
