Nice stay and not too much far from downtown. It is worth the price. Maybe it isn't the best accommodation in the Prague but the personnel were kind and the room was clean. That's enough for me. Only the one thing there was really annoying there. There wasn't some minimal offer of drinks and the coffee machine works maybe a few hours in the morning. Some refreshments right on place after a long day would be nice.

The mattresses and pillows could have been better. The pillows weren't comfortable. There could also be a hair dryer in the washrt.

The rooms are nice and cozy. The location is good as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can also order breakfast which is very basic but value for money. There are free hot drinks for guests which is a nice gesture.

it was very clean hotel I have ever accommodated up to time. Its location was near the tram(2/20/27). We could go to the city centre easily. Also beds were comfortable and the room was warm. Bathroom was very clean.

We booked room with river view, but ended up in the room with view to the roud. The wi-fi was very weak and TV channels were all in local language, not even musical channel :(

A small fan could have helped with the tempature in the room, while the window was open, air cirrculation woulf have made the room less stuffy. Also, access to cultery and a microwave would have greatly improved the stay.

The hotel entry was very congested and confusing. First time we couldn’t really see a way to enter the location from main road. The car parking is open and congested as well. So was not happy. The hotel had a lift which was pretty scary to use. It was very old and with a max capacity of 250 KG. The room had TV . But was not working properly. Even though they provided Wi-Fi. It was very slow. And guess if many people connected… very hard to access.

The room was clean . The bathroom was good and very clean. The room had a small cabinet for hanging cloths which was good.

We knew what to expect, so there was no surprises in terms of facilities. However, the boiler ran out of water one morning, and also our room window didn't seal when closed, which was fine in that weather but can be causing trouble in severe weather.

The overall atmosphere is nice, reminds an old Soviet hotel with a soul, in a good way. The staff are really friendly and responsive, both online and offline. The room was carefully clean. We also had a possibility of self-checkin at midnight. Location is extremely convenient. And there is a car park for 10 EUR per night.

Old hostel renovated bad. A lot of noise is starting 7 in the morning. The dining room was in the middle of the space, and there was a lot of noise and food smell. This was more toba hostel than a hotel.

Bed matrasses are thin and on the firm side. The receptionist was weird: was assuming I'm about to leave without handing the key back, even though I had all my stuff still in the room ... he basically chased me down 20 minutes before checkout deadline to give the keys back, just because I was packing my car ... weird experience.

If you want to be out of the city center, but want an easily accessible place through public transportation, this is the right spot. It was fairly clean as well.

I suspect the room would be hot during summer as there was no air-conditioning. The window could be opened to provide fresh air but the fresh, cool air was accompanied by traffic noise at certain hours of the day. The room seems to be large but it was a little cramped because of suitcases for two people. I mean 2 x 23 Kg suitcases and 2 x 10 Kg cabin cases, plus old-fashioned cameras and and lap top computers. The table and chair was needed for our computers so the luggage was on the floor. This type of constricted space is simply one of the typical situations that travellers encounter everywhere but the luggage on the floor could cause people to trip and fall. The room would have been a Palace for one person so I don't want to be critical because I was travelling with a friend.

The Hotel is a little out of the city centre but readily accessible by several trams that go past the Hotel. Martin, at Reception, was more than helpful. He was kind and understanding and helpful. The world needs more people like Martin! The hotel is by the river so there is a cool breeze most of the time. The room was clean and ticked values like "sanitary" and "well cared for".
