Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomEven though the space was clean, the basement has a weird smell. Also, the air extractor inside the capsules weren’t working, so sometimes the air it got a little dense. The entrance is very creepy. It looks like an scape room, there no one around and is very scary for woman’s. Once the front door was open so if you come back at night, alone and being a woman is so scary.

AustraliaSmelt SO bad! It is isolated in a basement with no windows, smells like sewerage. Bathrooms were clean but had no hand towels or other amenities. There was no reception or staff, and as a young traveller it is nice to get information about the city we are visiting and what people recommend - we got none of that. So boring.

GermanyThe basement, which was expanded to go, smelled of mold, the cabin was even worse. The stick smell was abnormal. In addition, some rubbish was found in the cabin from the predecessor. Are the cabins cleaned too?

Our capsule was in second floor, under our capsule was a couple smelling very irritating and one couple was near our in the second floor they were drunk and imagine what they were doing at night( the voices were really awful), So the local people use this place for one night bed for sure!

United KingdomDreadful I’m afaid, pods stunk, fire alarm beeping all night and crack in the side of one of our pods so could see into next door, we had to cut our stay short and find another hotel also wernt told that we had to pay a deposit Of £120 as doing the online check in at 11pm, and for a budget hostel this is a lot of money luckily I could pay it but the person I was with wouldn’t of been abe to do that without warning

HungaryMy bed was upstairs so it was kinda hard to get up there, and also the kitchen had automatic sensor light and it was turning off every 20 seconds which was made the cooking harder.

TaiwanNo service. I wait to enter hotel more than 25 mins. No one can support until guest. I think their checking way that take a video and email us few days ago. I was in flights All guests don’t know enter the door. Staffs don’t clear rooms. It’s dirty about this room. It’s not guests issues. Rooms air conditioning is bad. I hope that booking can complain this hotel.
