Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe headroom on the top mezzanine floor was a bit tight, but I'm being picky!
We stayed here for a weekend as a family 2 + 2. The location was superb - in central Karlovy Vary and the apartment in general was excellent. Everything was fresh and clean and the apartment was nicely decorated and finished. The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in was nice and easy. Would really recommend it as an affordable place to stay and explore from.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything about this place exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful city!

Greecethe biggest problem we had was the natural light from outside during day hours and the light post lights in the night. the windows have blindfolds that cover 30% (approximately)of the light. then there are (or I should say aren't) the curtains. on the right wind it's just a very tiny curtain that does absolutely nothing. on the left window beside the bed we have a larger but still insufficient curtain to cover the lights form outside (I have uploaded some photos of them) so if you want dark environment to sleep and not to wake up from the first light of the day then I won't recommend. I see the same problem in other reviews of the apartment like 4-5 months ago and still they're not doing anything. also the problem stay's the same as in other reviews for the absence of towel holders on the bathroom,the absence of shampoo and body wash. I send a text the night before the check out asking if it is possible to check out an hour later. still waiting to be answered.
the location is perfect. beautiful modern style of the apartment. romantic view from the windows on the first floor. Big tv. Nice lighting in general,especially the night sky ceiling. I had a problem with the tv control and I text the owni. I had an fast reply and help over the matter. also helping us with the check in.
