No 24hr reception. Dangerous step at entrance -should be painted yellow as a hazard warning. Very dim lighting in the room -- only two 60 watt bulbs.

I got constatntly woken up by people walking up and down the stairs untill morning , the door to the room doesnt provide any acoustical insulation. Strong sewer smell in the bathroom.

The staff was nice and helpfull and the location was good. But that is not worth much, when you dont get any sleep at night.

The lighting in the room was awful, specially at night - it barely lit up the entire room space. It was also super hot in there - no air-con or fans, just the heaters working and we had to leave the windows open at night to get some clean air. There were no power outlets beside the beds. Bathroom was also super hot due to the heater in there. The shower-head support was broken. The toilet paper available was terrible. We checked-in at the hotel at night and had to climb 8 flight of stairs using our phone's flashlight because there were no lights on in the corridors. And also, for the 2 nights we spent there our rooms would be infested by weed smell coming from others guests on the corridors, who by the way were also very noisy, talking loudly and slamming doors.

Room was spacious. Bed was decent. There was cutlery and a mini fridge available in the room for use. Space was clean. Staff was polite.

I didnt liked the atitude of not answering one request. Not just about accepting my request or not. Of course they could have been understanding due to what happened and open an exception. But not giving a reply to me was just awful. No consideration at all.

Not for stair haters 😄 Missed a mirror in a room, bed was squeaky, wifi was a little bit unstable. But these are minor inconveniences.

Great place for solo travelers or companies. Close to the center, 15 min. walk from main train station. Though heating season has not started yet, there was an electric heater in a room. Bar on the ground floor, good breakfast. Def recommend!

- Even though it is not allowed to smoke, I could smell w**d in the corridors on the ground floor close to the bathrooms. I stayed for two nights and both nights, unfortunately, there was that smell. - My roommate's bad was creaking every time he moved which kept waking me up at night. - The rooms and bathrooms looked pretty old - To my surprise, there was no tea or coffee in the kitchen. I've stayed in many hostels and it was the first one which had nothing but salt in the kitchen. :D (it is not really important for me but one night I wanted to have tea and was surprised there was nothing) - I know it's a hostel and we don't choose but I was placed in the room with men only (I was the only girl). I'm sure there were rooms with ladies, too. But.. whatever. I would just feel much more comfortable if it was a mixed room. (again, I understand it's a hostel and it's not for me to choose)

There was a very nice receptionist, the beds were pretty comfy, there also were lockers in the rooms, if you have a padlock your belongings are safe.

super friendly staff and a nice outdoor place! there was a kitchen and everything you need! you have restaurants and mini markets right next to the hostel! the main train station is just 20min away by foot.

There's no elevator BUT there are just 4 floors so it's not a big deal. lo

I've been here during a weekend for 2 nights with my girlfriend and a dog and it was a very good experience!! if you come by car there's a free parking in front of the structure, cos during weekends all the parking space are free, then you get a discount from them for Mr. Parking all around the City. The rooms with private bathroom are big, clean, stylish and with a small kitchen inside. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are 2 gardens where you can talk with people, relax and drink something directly from the Hostel bar, prices are very good. The structure is very quiet and you can rest nicely.

The hostel itself was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and want to send a lot of thanks to the great people at the hostel who understood our situation and helped us with rescheduling. Definitely a recommendation.

I had big trouble with the door/ lock not working properly/ the staff also got trouble, then they change the key. THE GIRL ON RECEPTION ASKED ME 100 KRONA FOR CITY TAX , SHE GAVE NO RECEIPT AND THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED ON BOOKING.COM
