kitchen / eating area way too small, there is not nearly enough room for everyone at the tables. we had to have breakfast in our room - sitting on the floor, using the bench as table :( the 'shelves'made out of granite (or something similar) are dangerous. i hit one, that inconveniently had a sharp edge sticking out more than once. i had to hang a coat on it, so i would at least not injure myself, as the way between wall (and shatp shelf) and the bed is really narrow. so it is unavoudable to hit the sharp spike. the bed was really uncumfortable, i've never had such bad sleep in a hostel/hotel before.

Only one waitress is attending a whole bar in the bottom of the hostel and the whole hostel at the same time - she is very stressed and unfriendly. The hostel claims that parking is included in the price, but in the end you have to pay for a street parking and spend a few hours discussing refund. The room was extremely dirty - dust everywhere, wallpaper falling off the wall. The sheets were dirty and with many holes. We asked for a new set of sheets but unfortunately these were the same "quality". We left and did not receive refund, even though it was promised.

We had a cleaning problem with the toilet. Fortunately was solve by the staff.

The room was very comfortable and big as well as the bathroom. In the floor there was a Kitchen with everything, so we could storage some stuffs in the fridge and prepare something to eat.

I stayed in this hostel for 7 nights. No one cleaned floor in the room during this time. Also, because of bar on the first flour it is a lot of noise in the street, that is possible to hear during night. I thought these were the worst issues, however the night before my departure I woke up when man opened by door at 2 a.m. (I lived in women's room). Then he disappeared and after 15-20 min three men entered my room. The room was for 3 person. Even if it the room is mixed, the amount of beds was less than people who wanted to live in the room. Men realised that the space is not enough and went to the manager again. After it they were given normal room. At 6 o'clock I decided to use lady's room. I took my card (key to room), and closed the door. After my return key didn't work. I stayed in the corridor for more than hour without any possibility to open my room. Two phones of owner and manager were silent,no one answered during this time. And I was standing in night stuit in the corridor for an hour! In the morning men explained me that manager was drunk and she mixed everything and blocked cards that she gave them as well as mine.

The room is nice with wardrobe that is possible to close with their key (provided)

they were grassing in the club all night and sucking on the street, listening to the music very loudly, it was the bartender who even had a party at five in the morning. Nothing could be slept on the second floor either.

I had a forensic incident at the facility, I would like to report this especially. You can check the messages I wrote to you. On the first day, they made me wait for 1 hour. No one came before 16:00. On the second day, the incident I wrote below happened and I contacted the facility, but even though I sent them a message, I did not receive any response. I stayed in your hotel for 2 nights by renting separate rooms. I made my payments from Booking.com as a precaution. I reached out at 3:00 on Tuesday after doing all the login procedures automatically, and after I wrote to you, I did not receive a response and I waited until 4:00, I was able to log in after four.On Tuesday evening, with the female staff who checked me in and worked at the bar, I said that I received it on Wednesday night, and I showed the Booking.com code and asked again if there would be any problem with the room, she said there would be no problem.I had a program at the university early on Wednesday morning, I went there and returned to my room around 10-10:30. When I came back, there were 2 girls working in my next room, two very young. So when I saw them, I asked if I could take a picture of you? they said no! I also thanked. and I went to my room without doing anything!! Then I went to the dining room and had breakfast. I even had the Ukrainian sister and her child Maria next to me in room number one.While I was waiting in my room, about half an hour later, a man, a middle-aged woman with black hair and a young, tall man, 20-30 years old, came next to a man. The man was tattooed and the boy was 185 cm tall with a slightly dirty beard. I didn't understand anything at first, I tried to explain that I have a key or something, by the way, the young boy punched me and when he said photo and something, I realized that it was about girls, then I saw the girl behind them and showed my phone that I didn't take any photos.
