The bed in the room is on the firmer side, but it didn’t affect the quality of my sleep.

- It's in the suburbs, so public transport fares are effectively part of the bill - It's a popular destination, so expect some ruckus on the ground floor, and lifts can be in high demand during peak hours - Easy to run out of table surface in the 4-bed dorm room

- Very competitive price - The bed was comfortable - It's a high-rise building, which I personally enjoy - You can order coffee at the reception - Plugs next to the bed and a frame you can shove - Close to a supermarket (but careful, it closes at 8 PM)

The only issue was lifts at rush hour at check in/check out time. We’ve been waiting more than 10 minutes and went by stairs at check out day. But anyway, it’s small thing comparing with pros.

The phisolofy of the hotel. I like the classic comfortable hotel, but this hotel is made just for 1 night stand just to sleep over. I slept in way more quality hotels and there were more comfortable and cheaper than this. The pancakes were made by the robot. Car parking isn't free.

The hotel is quite new near the citycenter (if you use public transport).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with any questions I had. The room was spotless, and for such an affordable price, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. However, the Wi-Fi in the room was very poor, and I had to stay in the reception area to use it. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its excellent service and cleanliness

We booked one room for 4 people, but unfortunately, the room was smelly!! We paid a deposit for the soccer ball game in the hall way (roughly 10 euros) and discovered later that was not transferred back to my account as promised!

This A&O plant is by far the biggest property and live one I have ever seen. Cool place !

- Room walls were dirty, and overall cleanliness could be improved. - Security concerns: it didn’t feel safe to leave valuables in the room or at the reception - Overcrowded elevators during check-out times, leading to long waiting periods.

The cleaning ladies knocked on the door despite the do not disturb sign, no politeness or apologies followed, as if I had spent the night at their house.

Great value for money, good breakfast, amazing restaurants within walking distance especially Miss Hanoi! A hotel/hostel with good facilities and atmosphere 24/7 but still quiet in the rooms. Live music at the bar. Friendly informative staff. Good all round.
