The extra bed on the apartment 4 Elements was small and too hard, not comfortable at all, and we couldn't get any extra mattress to make it better.

Good location, close to the old town, easy access, the apartment was clean, warm and has all announced facilities. We arrived on the second day and there was water dripping from the roof in the main entrance and bathroom, although we were able to easily contact them and they sent somebody from the company and a technician to sort it out. As they had to stop water from running, we were offered a new apartment for the rest of our stay (4 more nights), which wasn't as close to the city center but had more facilities. Communication with the company was great.

Very good facilities, kitchen is a real plus for longer stays and very practical. Very comfy bed and bathroom. I had to message the receptionist twice and both employees were very quick to respond and efficient. This place exceeded all my expectations.

There was a smell of cigarettes, but I believe it came from outside.

The bed was very comfortable! Furthermore, the system with pre-checkin online and the pass code is very efficient and handy to arrive at any time. Last, the location is amazing, close to two metro stations and anyway still within walking distance from the old centre.

Hallway without entry carpet chela for hats, scarfs etc., would be great to add it, because in shoes in winter are dirty after waking in city. There is very good rule to save energy by not heating the apartment before check in - support it, but it’s kind of surprise during check in, and it would be good to write in the apartment’s description.

The bathrooms are very poorly designed and primed for accidents. One of our friends fell and injured her foot.

the bedrooms were lovely, if a bit hot at night. we were not able to regulate the heat so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable.

The wifi did not work in our unit. Shower pressure could’ve been a bit stronger.

- Location was perfect! 10/15minute walk to Old Town Square but so much surrounding the property too! Highly recommend simply because of the location - The apartment was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable - Had toiletries and all amenities were functioning well -no fuss with an entry card as it uses a digi code which is great -Although check in in contactless you are able to store your baggage at an affiliate hotel if your check in times do not correlate -The property is quiet, you can’t hear your neighbours or the street -The hotel room has a safe -Towels were provided and good storage areas

Looks bigger on pictures than it is in real life. Noise from construction works in the morning. Some issues with payment methods and getting access code. All resolved successfully, but lengthy conversation with staff was required

Very clean and comfortable, close to all the famous monuments by foot. They helped us with the taxi reservation. Heating is for free and when we needed some help with that the technician came immediately and he was such a gentle and happy person. Safe area and quiet neighbourhood.

Aircon as it was a really warm room.

so comfortable the bed and nothing was an issue emailed for an iron it was there. Also bathroom light flickered but came straight away to sort that. For not having a reception amazing service thank you.
