How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

we were surprised by the size of apartment. High ceiling, big rooms. This is an old building and has its charm and benefits. Very clean. Superb location, it is really close to sightseeings, at the same time the street is quiet. Was clean and staff is attentive and responsive. We hadn't any issues with check in nor other instructions. Only positive impression.

.Everything was perfekt. Apartment is very clean. The location is close to the center so its very comfortable. Absolutely satisfied with that. Recommend this hotel to everyone 👌

We had a group of 4 people (2 couples) and was just 1 bed for couple and 2 single bed in separate rooms. The people who stayed in the apartment upstairs were way too loud every night. There should be some rules about night hours and being silent, to respect other people when they want to sleep. Acoustic of the flat is very poor as you can hear each and every step of people walking upstairs, and around. Otherwise was excellent and good for a few days stay.
It was very clean and good location. All the needed facilities were there. It was great place to stay for a couple of days.

Extremely comfortable beds. Great facilities and location. Loved that there was a full oven and dishwasher. Made everything easy for us. Location also good, as main attractions in Prague all within walking distance

The only complaint is that the shower was broken, so it was difficult to take a bath with a bowl. But I believe the hosts didn't know at the time and will fix it immediately so that someone else doesn't have the same problem. That's why I have no complaints, it happens.
The location is great. I am satisfied with the apartment, it is clean and has everything you need

Do get in touch with the property beforehand for the access code. Otherwise, it is a long walk to get into the property

The floor was dirty, we noticed it from the clothes of our baby, who is not walking yet. Perhaps this was the only negative.
Good location, spacious room, kitchen has everything you need. Will be happy to stay here next time.

The thin ceiling and noise from above - you can here every footstep from the apartment above, which is not ideal id you are a light sleeper

sad to say we had 2 nights very noisy neighbours above us that came home about 1 o'clock at night and who were slamming doors and talking very loud (like drunk loud) so our nightrest was ruined .

Had to be careful with the showerhead as the system was a little fragile, but the shower itself was great.
Spacious, clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. The code for key system is very safe and convenient. It was all round comfortable and the beds slept well. The helpdesk was easy to reach and very helpful when we had an issue with the payment. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro or the train, but there's a bus stop right in front of the apartment as well. Would definitely book here again for my next stay!

there was no early entrance and no place to put our suitcases
The accommodation was large enough to accommodate three children and two parents, and the location was ideal. Although we had no intention of cooking, we chose to eat breakfast at the flat because the kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. I strongly suggest this location!

There is nothing I would say wrong about this apartment because everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. Very clean,comfortable, huge apartment close to every attraction. Highly recommend. I would like to visit Prague again and I will definitely trying to book this apartment. High class washing liquid. Old style building with nice climate.

The oven it's impossible to use, it's so "modern" that you'll need to have instructions. If you want to fry something, well it's doesn't work either. We wanted to heat our bread (no toaster available). The apartment was pretty hot and the AC didn't work although it's not mentioned as something the apartment has. The pillows are not comfortable at all. You should invest a little bit more on that.
The place is very easy to go, code for the outside door and the apartment. Everything is clean and with a lot of space. walkable distance to downtown.
