Excellent property, very close to the city center in Bila Labut and Florenc central bus station. Many restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The property is equipped with an elevator to the 3rd floor. The kitchen is very complete beyond our expectations. Living room is very spacious with complete Cable TV. Cleanliness and other facilities are clean and very well maintained. Only thing is that in winter the heating machine is still lacking, but we can solve it.

Towels were not changed after three days as advertised. The sitting area of one-bedroom "Twig" apartment No. 24 is not very comfortable.

The location of the property is excellent. All Prague sights can be reached by foot and exceptional public transport can be used as well. The neighborhood is really nice with a lot of restaurants etc. The whole building belongs to the property owner, so the overall impression is very nice. The entrance door, the other common door and apartment door are unlocked by door code provided after online check-in or at the nearby reception desk (online check-in works fine). The exterior and interior of the building looks beautiful and very clean, the elevator is very modern etc. Our one-bedroom "Twig" apartment No. 24 is very spacious, nicely decorated, well-equipped and very clean. I was impressed by the prompt customer service. Upon arrival, we found out that towels were not provided by mistake, but we got the towels few minutes after request. We found the issue regarding the electronic safe box, but the problem was solved few minutes after our request. WiFi works fine.

I liked the size of the room great value for money. The area was perfectly located and in a vibrant neighborhood close to all amenities and transportation. It was really warm in the apartment and perfect for my group. Two bathrooms was a plus.

For the price we paid, the lack of a toaster, microwave and coffee was very disappointing. Also, being on the 2nd floor you can hear the people above walking around constantly, at all hours.

The only criticism I have is messaging with the managers in days leafing up to our arrival was not very responsive, and I only received final confirmation and access codes in 24 hours prior, which worked out fine but if it had not been confirmed we would have been stuck for accomodation so close to arrival. But seriously, no other criticisms - the location and apartment were excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great location in the old city, easy walk to everything. Clean, well-appointed apartment. Really liked the emailed access code for exterior and interior doors, rather than needing to collect a key. Made it very easy for all 4 members of my family to come and go as they pleased, without needing to coordinate who had the key/keys. Prague itself - beautiful and atmospheric, but tourist numbers on the weekend in the weeks before Christmas.... wow, horrendous!

We arrived a bit too early at the apartment. As we wanted to check whether we could drop our lugage somewhere or maybe check-in a bit earlier, we called the central hotel that manages those apartments. However, we were not able to get in touch with them. We therefore had to walk (17 min.) with all our lugage to the central hotel without knowing whether we could drop our luggage there. This was a small inconvenience that could have been fixed with a phone call.

It was a perfect place to stay with friends. We had enough space and the two bathrooms were perfect to fit our needs. Furthermore, the price-quality ratio was also really good.

The sidewalk at the entrance was very ancient and not comfortable for strollers and luggages, it was a struggle every time.

Was able to make an early check-in, which helped us a lot! Great location, nearby 2 metro stations. Was given all the neccesary accessories to make us feel home. The reception guy at the Palac U Kocku was very friendly and kind, helped us a lot with taxi problems and helped to move our luggages to the street and was purly an amazing guy, real angel.

Initially the front door was stuck so couldnt get in , that was quickly rectified.

Loved the apartment, very spacious , very clean. Loads of towels, tea , coffee facilities. Friends had another apartment down the hall so there was plenty of room to meet up. A quick phone call was all it took to arrange a late check out and the staff member was very helpful.
