The position is awesome, in the heart of the center and in the "heart" of the river, with a lovely garden very colse to the waters: you can drink a cup of tea in a postcard picture! The house and the room seems very traditional, with tiny, lovely spaces filled with wonderful details, books, and there is also a little service kitchen useful for have a warm tea or coffee. There is nothing I dislike, just some reminders. I arrived late on a Sunday evening 7:30pm and there was nobody. You need to call a local Czech number (shown on the door) to get the instructions for the keys. Also you cannot drop your bags with them, which is understandable given the size of the guesthouse. You can leave the bags at the tourist info centre. Just remember to pick them up before it closes.

The location cannot be more central, 2 mins walk to tourist info centre, and 4 mins walk to the castle tower. The guesthouse locates next to the river which has stunning view. I requested breakfast (you need to tell the owner after booking) and I was prepared a scrumptious breakfast consisting ham, cheese, fruits, and bread. Other reviewers said you could enjoy the breakfast outdoor in the riverside terrace but it was raining on the day so I just had mine in the breakfast room. I must say thank you to the young lady who prepared me the breakfast on that day. It made my day. The style of the room reminded me where I was, a medieval castle called Cesky Krumlov. TV is rightly missing or otherwise it would have ruined the feeling. And to be honest you do not need one.

excellent location, small but comfortable room in a medieval house which was carefully and thoughtfully modernised inside. an open terrace on the river. it was a pleasure to be there. good facilities for self-catering and good breakfast. the only minus - very poor internet. i was not able to join wi-fi.

Internet connection was weak or almost none downstairs. But I had my own internet so it was okay. I didn’t need it :)

It was very well situated in the center. the house was very cute and one of the prettiest there. There was a lovely garden I could use anytime I wanted. Also a fridge was there in a kitchen free to use. After a long day in a city I always had cold drink to enjoy. Breakfast was more than enough! In my room there were extra towels, soaps and body loation. More blankets if you are cold at night. Everything was super clean! The staff was very warm and even online replaying was super fast!

I loved everything about this stay. I will definitely stay here again.

The location is to die for. Right on the river that snakes through Cesky Krumluv, just below the spires of a cathedral and Chateau Cesky Krumluv. The deck area is beautiful and peaceful at night and during the day, I fed ducks while soaking in the morning sun. The room and building were charming. The staff were very kind, reserving a table for me on the deck and letting me check out late. Staying there felt like staying in a medieval cottage back in time. It is right in the heart of Cesky Krumluv, one block from great restaurants.

Nothing it was super lovely! Perhaps TV in the room would be nice, however, we didn’t come to Krumlov to watch TV. Option with breakfast included would be also appreciated, however, again you can easily book it directly with the owner.

Perfect central location, amazing views from the garden and wonderful bathtub in the room. The owner was super lovely and didn’t hesitate to help with every request. Would definitely book again!

It was very hard to find with GPS. When I called for directions, the proprietor told me booking.com.should have sent directions. They charged for parking. I parked my car which I thought was a spot by the pension and sent a text photo if it was where I can park. The proprietor told me it was "ok". Someone on the street told me it was illegal. He told me where the pension designated spots were, where I then moved the car to.

No soundproofing. You can hear every step of your neighbours, how they are taking a shower or going to toilet. Like they are living with you. So it's hard to have good sleep there. There is no parking spaces at all.

Of course it's view from window. On river, on castle, on tower. Location is very nice on silent street in the old center. There is an access to the small yard and river.

Our basement appartment unfortunately was quite damp, and facilities were a little run down, also due to the low ceiling height the room and bathroom felt a bit cramped. Could be just our room though

If you want to sleep at night, don’t stay here. There were 3/4 radiators in the room and all made terrible and varied noises all night no matter what adjustments we made. We think the plumbing may be a permanent issue.

It's cold in the room. The staff doesn't speak English. And if your luggage can't be carried and has to be dragged only, do not book this place. You have to either go down many steps or have a really difficult time dragging it through severely rocky roads for quite some time to get to the slope.
