I did not like how noisy it was outside. Also, the bathroom was not really clean, which might be understandable considering that some people were not taking care of cleanliness. I also had troubles contacting the host once I arrived to Prague, the main door was closed (I had a late night arrival) and it took time for them to reply my request to get the door opened.

Definitely, the best about this hostel is the lower price, as well as how easy it is to get there (by walking) from the train station (Mustek). The facilities (communal kitchen, bathroom and living room) make the stay confortable enough.

The staff gave me the impression that a was a burden to them for arriving to check in, like they would have rather spent the time continuing their smartphone game. You can only pay cash, which is a shame because the ATMs in Prague have crazy high fees for foreigners.

I booked a dorm room with only 5 single beds instead of bunkbeds. That was very comfortable. The room was under the roof so it was quite hot at night but there was a (very loud) AC. The location is a good as it gets, extremely central, yet very quite at night, because the hostel entrance is located in the backyard of the building.

Wifi wasn’t great on the top story, and I struggled to get hold of nighttime reception during open hours.

Great location, and great value for money. The hostel was also very charming and had a lot of character - I felt very comfortable in it. Cleanliness was great, especially with the bathrooms.

If you have the windows open and have a hard time sleeping with lots of noise, it's busy outside with lots of chatter and laughing. You have to pay with cash, which I didn't see advertised on booking so I had to go to an ATM. It would have been nice to have at least prepared for that.

The beds in the six-bed bedroom were a bit packed. I was lucky enough that there were not six of us in there, but still there was almost no space between the beds.

The location is too close to the center. It is kinda impossible to have good sleep on day or night. By bed was a sort of disaster. I mean bed number 2 in white room. it made noise with a simple movement on the bed. it was really annoying all the nights I stayed there. It seems it is not forbidden to have sex in shared room. while 2 teenagers having sx in dorm room, I asked the reception to warn them (they were drunk and I preferred not to talk them directly) The reception did not do anything and said: It is not forbidden to have sx here.

They don’t accept payment with credit card!! And you have to pay in CZK, if you pay in EUR they don’t guarantee to return your change. Also you have to give a deposit for a key, and when you check out the deposit will be in CZK, not in EUR. The staff is not friendly, looked annoying for the tourism. It’s not clean, I saw the cleaning staff just folding again the blankets and sheets without washing it after somebody used them. The bathroom is not clean either. And the staff it’s not friendly. The beds are made of metal so is really noisy at night when everyone is falling sleep. Also I thought they would have air conditioning in a room for 12 people, but no, we only could keep open the windows in order to get cooler.

A bit noisey at night from the bar downstairs and our fridge was not cold. They looked at it a few times... hopefully theh will fix it soon...

Location was perfect for my needs. The 4 female room was amazing! We even had our own full kitchen! The ovens "don't work" ( use google translate for the screens) in any of the kitchens. Our fridge was barely cold though. Used the "freezer" as our fridge.

There were two different buildings, staff could have been more helpful. And the night reception was closed before the informed time, so had to take all the luggage to different building for checkout in the early morning.

Not much of a hostel 'vibe' The spit of '24 hour' reception between two separate buildings was a pain- as was having to get through 5 locked gates/doors between the street and my bunk at night. I had booked a six bed dorm but ( perhaps because of peak season) an extra 2 beds were in the room - 8:beds but only six lockers... The name suggests it's in/on the old square but it isn't ,(though it's close)

Location - right in the centre The 'heritage' building It was clan, staff were friendly, bed was comfy, guest kitchen had everything it needed. The ceiling in my dorm was joyous.

One bathroom in a 15-people room is not enough. Yes one bath room has 3 showers in it but who would go in to have a shower and keep the door open for whoever wants to jump in :D so the mornings were really difficult, I had to prepare and wake up earlier so I can get myself a spot in the queue. Some roommates were also so inconsiderate that they spent 30 minutes inside till I knocked, so that wasn’t really very suitable. Also the dust was covering everything literally except for the bed, the kitchen counters and bathrooms which were the only things getting cleaned up

The location is amazing, also having a kitchen inside of the room is definitely a plus. Staff are also nice.
