Quaint house and local staff were lovely, cozy, welcoming, and gave helpful tourist information. More like a specialty B&B, less like a hostel. :-) Facilities are limited: only bathtub, no shower; kettle & fridge available, no microwave or element for cooking; internet worked most of the time. Location on narrow cobblestone street is cute, but hard to pull luggage up here over large uneven stones.

Great location near to the historical centre. Cozy and lovely hostel. We had a spacious room with beautiful view on the river. The owner is really friendly, kind and helpful. She gives you an great advices where to eat etc. We really recommend this lovely accommodation.

Only thing is a shower curtain might be good in the bathroom to prevent water from spilling on the floor! Otherwise it was perfect!!

This hostel was an absolute dream! A gorgeous little wooden cabin by the river with a lovely verandah overlooking the water. Rooms were spacious, host was incredibly lovely and helpful and everything was clean. It was amazing value!!

The hostel is Skippy’s home which has a couple of spare bedrooms and a bathroom that everyone shares. It has a beautiful view out the window. She has the best tips for enjoying this cute little town.

I liked everything with no exceptions. The best of the best was one of the cool ladies who own the place, who was really hospital and welcoming. She had prepared a map of the city with marked places and stuff to do. She was really interested and empathic towards me and I felt like I was in a dream, not only of the admirable lady but overall the place with its unbelievably beautiful balcony, cozy aesthetic warm room and so perfect location which gives you oportunities to check different paths to the centre and back. I will definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for everything!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hostelskippy - it is maybe one of the best places to stay in this lovely town, and the guesthouse is in the historic building. The host is really friendly and it was really nice talking to her.

Hotel is quite old but with an atmosphere if the local houses.

Hostel is close to the center. Skippy was very helpful on guiding you about the parking and the must see and eat. Spacious rooms just next to the river.

Beautiful historic family home. Good location along the river. The balcony is gorgeous, I loved the flowers and ceramic sculptures. This house has lots of personality. It's nice to walk around the area. It's on the other side of the town however it was nice to walk through the town and sight see before arriving. I also enjoyed doing the walking loop through the town, up to the castle and then it's a short walk down the hill to Hostel Skippy. Kettle and tea provided. There is also a shared fridge and microwave.

I didn't find any disadvantages. Everything was perfect

Our staying was very pleasant. The landlady met us and helped us to find a free parking space. Then she showed us our room and gave us a very detailed description of the city. We had a very pleasant conversation. She is a great, positive, communicative and hospitable person. The house is located almost in the center of the town. The view from the terrace is really amazing. The room was quite big and we were able to sleep well after a very long journey. If I come to Czeski Krumlov again, I will choose this place because me and my family got very good and pleasant emotions from staying in this house
