How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Difficult to get into the parking area of the hotel. But everything else was fine.
Very friendly service and nice clean rooms. Breakfast was simple but all one needs.

The location is good for having a car we counted with it.
Everything was fine, pefect breakfast they made for us even earlier becase we needed to leave the hotel early morning on Saturday.

It's a family run hotel, situated in a quit location, but restaurants, massage salons etc. are nearby, on the same street. The landlord served us with care, breakfast is very good, only a few details are missing, like hooks for towels in the bathroom. But this seems to be on the way of providing. Overall, I can recommend this hotel.

room smelled heavily like over powering varnish. advertisement said hair dryer in room and there wasn’t any. ft desk let me use one but I had to return it after use. you need to provide hair dryers in every room.

The building and the interior are old, there is no investment. The tram is nearby, but you have to walk to the metro (no problem). There are no suitable catering facilities nearby, no attractions to visit. A place to stay overnight. There was a strong smell of smoke in the building and in the room even though the room is non-smoking. Poor ventilation. Breakfast is sufficient, but we would like better. Parking is paid, and you had to pay for a pet.
It is a good place to stay in Prague during the summer due to the price-quality ratio, it is important to accept a pet. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the metro. The rooms are spacious. Clean. A nice girl who did all the work alone - reception, breakfast... This is one of the most important advantages.

On January 1st the room was not cleaned, and we were not notified that it would not be cleaned. They did not change the towels and they left the bathroom mat to dry in the bathroom and did not change it. We had to ask for more soap and shampoo because it was not replaced.
the room was complete with refrigerator, cutlery and large cabinets to store clothes. Small breakfast but good, homemade.

The only thing that i can say that it was OK was the fact that it was 1km from Metro station. The rest was terrible or sub mediocre. The room stank of disinfection. The carpet floors have seen better days, the doors between the room and the passage were kicked in and the hole was left as it was. The shower was fool of dirt and hair from the previous guests, the noob on the bathroom doors kept falling off, the bed was hard as ground, the "extra bed" that was in the room was full of cigarette burns. The shampoo that was in the bathroom was out of date. I nearly fell on the slippery stone stairs (the lift was out of order) in the hotel which were, sometime ago, covered with the floor carpet..but probably it ripped and it was not changed..... and so on... If I could I would demand my money back!!! Not worth of the money that i paid for it.

Cleanless was bad. There was a lot of dust and condition of the showers wasn't best. Instead of double bed I got two single beds putted together. We didn't have extra equipment like hair dryer or kettle.
The crew was nice and flex,. I didn't have any problem to fulfill my extra wishes. The patio was really nice.

All was great.
Breakfast was delicious and the hosts prepared extra for us, as we joined breakfast a bit later. The hosts were very kind and helped with all we requested: extra pillow, room with big bathroom, printing for us, help around the town, nice conversations, no stress. We were allowed to stay longer the last day without extra charge. It helped so much!
