The staff and facilities were amazing. The staff was accomodating and went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and service were top notch. I have already recommended them to fellow friends and family traveling to Prague.

The staff is very friendly, the room was available earlier and gently provided it, I was with kids and it helped a lot. Also all information related to places to visit, nice discount Prague Pass and coffee voucher in Louvre cafe was a good surprise. Also reception help to find taxi early morning as bolt was not available and help with transfer to the airport. Very happy with stay

If you are at the rear of the property the bar across the road stays open until 2 / 3 am most nights and the nightclub opposite was open until 5am! There is constant noise from people leaving the venues.

The only little 'minus' was the very noisy ventilation of the bathroom - anytime somebody had to go to the toilet at night the whole family would wake up.

Very friendly staff welcoming us at reception and also paying a lot of attention to excellent service at the breakfast. The lovely boutique hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Prague's Old Town but nonetheless in a quiet backyard without noise from the tourists circulating nearby. We had a very nice and spacious family suite. The breakfast was excellent, offering a vast choice of always freshly made food.

Although the soundsproofing from outside was very good, it was no so good between the rooms unfortunately. One night there was a group of guests in the rooms next door talking and shouting loudly for a long time in the middle of the night. However, this was not the fault of the hotel and could have happened anywhere. When I mentioned this to staff the next day, they were very apologetic and spoke to the guests who had been noisy, and we had no more problems, so we felt the hotel dealt with this very well.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a historic building, rooms are set around a lovely little courtyard with chairs and tables. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, a buffet with every food imaginable, very good quality. The location was very central, close to the Old Town Square - this was very convenient, though the area is very busy and noisy (to be expected). However, the sound-proofing between the room and the outside was truly excellent - there was a nightclub across the street from our room, and big crowds of people, but inside the room was almost completely quiet, no disturbance at all!

Nothing--everything was wonderful.

This is THE ONLY place to stay in Prague--it is nestled in a small courtyard, right off of the main center square, very quaint and atmospheric, and just minutes walk from all of the historic sights in the old town. The building is beautiful, our room was gorgeous and luxurious, airy, clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were so helpful and friendly. It was the best experience all around! If we return to Prague, this is the only place we will consider staying.

Very nice hotel in Prague’s Old Town, right at the start of the pedestrian zone. The location is perfect—you can easily walk to the Old Town Square and other attractions. We arrived by car, and the hotel arranged parking in a nearby shopping center garage. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast made our stay even better.

There was not one negative everything spot on.

First of all have to say the staff were superb before and during our stay made our stay extra special with special little touches. The staff went out if their way to make our staff memorable and get 11/10 from both of us. Room had great view and location was superb right in centre of old town. Breakfast good close to many bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.
