the hotel is located very good. only a few minutes walk to the centre of both sides. restaurant on the other side of the block. the hotel is very clean and the staff friendly!

Nothing - no faults

This hotel lived up to all expectations! On arrival we were greeted by Marcela who set the tone for a wonderful stay at hotel Julian. We arrived early and were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco while we had a short wait (30 mins) on our room to be ready. Marcela recommended places to eat, tours and places to visit which was super helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and nice breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a quiet area which is a short walk (about 20 mins) to charles bridge. Alternatively an uber is very cheap (Around 2-3 gbp) Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, walking distance to the old town. Secure parking. Fantastic approach of the hotel staff to various diets, there was no problem with preparing a vegan and gluten-free breakfast. The breakfasts were great, plenty of choice, fresh and very tasty. The welcome drink at the hotel was a nice touch. Well equipped room, large and very comfortable bed. All the most necessary equipment such as a kettle, hair dryer, iron available in the room.

The room was clean but as it faces the main road the traffic is heard quite loudly. The parking in the area could be challenging, Hotel could offer parking free of charge.

The location of the hotel is very good, the breakfast is nice and the personnel is excellent!

The helpfulness of the staff manly Marcela was outstanding . Beyond the hotel explanation, marcela gave us places to visit, restaurants to try… most of her suggestions turned to be a great experience to us

There's not too much we did not like: - one thing related to the parking place - we parked the car very close to the hotel and there were some ice falling down from the roof very close to the car (or maybe even on the car depending on the weather) - the sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked, therefore the water would drain too slow

- cleanliness - silent rooms (oriented to the interior yard) - decent breakfast - tourists oriented staff - parking place available inside their interior with extra cost - nice design & architecture

I felt the cleaning staff was not generous in restocking toiletries and toilet paper. Also I wish they would provide a shampoo and a conditioner separately instead of just the shampoo.

Hotel Julian had lovely and kind front desk and dining staff. They helped me with a charger when my converter was not working. I also loved the substantial breakfast included in my room price. The tram is very close by and easy to use. The number 9 tram got us everywhere we needed to go. I also like that they have tea and coffee in the room and the beds are very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful terrace on the roof, where you can enjoy breakfast and a nice view over the city. The room was clean and quiet and the floor can be reached via stairs or the elevator. Great location and not far from the city center of Prague. You can reach everything just by walking. Breakfast was great as well with a wide selection of food. Will stay there again in case we will visit Prague again! And parking is possible in the backyard of the hotel, but I would recommend to call first in order to make sure a spot is available.

Breakfast was very tasty with lots of variety. Staff were very helpful and eager to please, also very kind and friendly. Room was very clean with good facilities and very quiet. Location fantastic as away from the busyness but within walking distance/tram of all attractions.
