Perfect location in the heart of the old town.

When we arrived, the door was locked and we had to wait in the street for about 15 minutes for the receptionist to open the door. The room was not exactly as described - it has a very small window with a very limited view. The water in the shower went from freezing to boiling every minute or so whilst showering.

The location is good, there was a ventilator in the room and the receptionist gave us an option of the second or third floors. The receptionist was also very helpful. The hotel is very clean.

The hotel is located in a great location for seeing the city on foot. And since it's not on a main road, there isn't a lot of street noise at night.

There is nothing you will not like about this hotel, if we have to mention something, the fridge was working loudy

Unfortunately we had a problem with ants in our room. There is no one staffing the hotel past 10pm so we had to wait until the next morning to get it sorted. Despite having not responded to our messages through Booking.com, they did sort the problem when we were out that day, however the room smelled of spray when we got back and there were dead ants on the floor. The breakfast room was freezing cold, and the staff member on reception only allowed us to leave our luggage with her up until a certain time on the day we were leaving so we ended up lugging it around for the last few hours

The room was very big, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and the breakfast had lots of options.

Temperature distribution would be better within a room. Some parts were really cold.

Location is in a walking distance to everywhere you want to visit as a tourist.

Everything was amazing 🙂 The location is perfect – in the historic center, but calm and not noisy at the same time The stuff is helpful & pleasant Very clean,though quite old, but that’s the point-the hotel has its atmosphere 👍🏻 You have the real history& real air of Old Prague, and at the same time you have all the conditions & conveniences Highly recommended for those who love the atmosphere of real Prague

Towels weren't changed during stay (3 days), only one pillow on bed. When I asked for fresh towels and an extra pillow I was informed that they had none.

Location was ideal, friendly staff and the room was spotless.

Fantastic Hotel in the center of Prague. Frank at the reception very kind and helpful. The rooms spacious and exceptionally clean. If I get back to Prague I will definitely stay at the King George.

Disappointingly, The breakfast offering was far from good. Distressingly, Iraised 2 issues with management (1. The room safe had flat batteries & failed to operate & 2. The heated drying rack in the bathroom did not heat up). The response from management was significantly underwhelming. (They gave me a master key for the safe & told me the room was warm enough…..) I stayed 4 nights. On day 2 & day 4 my room was not serviced. I believe the hotel is in need of an update. There is no artwork or interest in the room & the furniture is not good quality & is worn. There is no shower in the bathroom as such. There is a bath with a flexible shower on a hose setup, but no screen or curtain to contain the spray when using it. Resulting in the bathroom being awash every time I showered. The bed was made interestingly, 2 single bed sheets placed across the bed with the overlap join across the bad under one’s hip.

The location was great, just on the edge of the busy old town area. An easy walk to many tourist “must sees”. The room was clean on arrival.

The staff was so kind when we arrived. They showed us our room and after the check out they said we can put our bag while we sightseeing. The room was huge and clean. It has a really big bed and TV. It was in the old town about 200 m away from the Charles Bridge, in a mostly quite street.

Perfect location, friendly staff, I was able to leave my luggage after checking out. The hotel is placed on a quiet street despite the fact it’s located in the very center of the city. So you will definitely sleep well there

Well, one chair in a double and absolutly no storage option in the bath or the shower is a minus. Don't expect a working WifFi! Hotel really could use some renovation and repairs every now and then. The prices are based more on the city (expensive) than on the hotel (should be cheaper for what it is)

Nice and friendly staff, sufficient breakfast. Located in the middle of the city center, everything within walking distance. Quiet room. Just don't come by car (to Praha, generally speaking)
