There was no shower gel or shampoo in showers although I could buy a cheap sampler at the property.

The hostel was in a great location, walking distance to historic sights as well as tram and subway stations. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, stuff was friendly.

Very very bad pillow. The locker was not great, because you had to get the hole drawer out to open it. The room didn't get dark enough. There is no nice common area.

The room facing the street is quite noisy by the busy traffic. The storage under the bed is not easily accessible.

It’s clean everywhere(Room, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). The room is quite big. The kitchen is very equipped. The location is also very close to metro and tram.

One of the best hostels I've been to in Europe. The rooms are great and spacious, the beds have personal lights and curtains, the kitchen is great for everything (working, meeting people, cooking, free lemon water...), the WiFi is the best you can find in a hostel anywhere, people in reception were super kind, and generally every aspect of the hostel feels top notch from entrance to electricity outlets.

Not much to complain about. Only, the street facing room I had was noisy due busy traffic all night.

The room has enough space, so 8 people feels comfortable. Nice and clean bed. The bed Curtain is great idea. Toilet and shower at the same level as 4 stars hotels.

The storage locker under the bed is dsngours and has tilt up heavy steel door that can't be fixed securely when opened. It's has follow down on my head and got bump and hurts. Luckily not injured. I believe the room is quite big to accommodate decent upright lockers. Also these under bed lockers make big noise when pulled and opened which disturbe your sleep especially when someone use them on the night.

Location is great and have a lot of resturants, cafes, markets and other facilities. Many public transports running nearby

6-bed room is so big, so much space. This hostel is kind of luxury. It feels like a 5 star hotel. Very beautiful rooms, stairs and furniture. 1 min walk to I.P. Pavlova train station.

There was no negative aspects.

Everything was exceptional , the staff very friendly , specially Stepan ( I loved his suggestion to visit the Saturday Farmers' Market under the bridge ) and Nikola who assisted me until last minute with lovely manners. The kitchen and its equipment is to praise, best kitchen in 19 countries' hostels I have been to in 4 months.

The laundry room is super hot, perhaps adding a standing fan would help. And perhaps using a detergent that wasn't too heavy in fragrances would be nice. And maybe a complimentary floor mat for the shower would be nice too. Other than that, well done. Thank you for the lovely stay. I appreciate each and every one of the staff here.

The sheets were very clean, I didn't feel like I had to question it. The interior looked renovated.
