How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The staff is absolutely amazing, kind and helpful. They supported me a lot with an issue i had with my computer. In addition this hostel is really clean and well located.

A small towel costed 3.5 euros

My only issue was there was no AC in the rooms as advertised. Other things to note: laundry is 8 euro total (4 for each), breakfast is super expensive (not worth it imo).
The staff were really nice, the rooms were clean & spacious, bathrooms were also nice with one on each floor.

There is much I didn't like everything was very peaceful and lovely.
Our room was very nice and clean. The laundry room was a great amenity, along with how close it was to the inner city and metro stations.

İt was one of the best experience in prague. Crew were wonderful (special thanks to Stephan). They promote my room to a suit due to my special situaiton with same price. They have a wonderful kitchen with double fridge and you can find everything what you need in a kitchen. Unfortunately I couldnt try the bar downstair because but saturdays live music is available. Briefly everything was great. Thanks guys I see you next time. Extra note: wheelchair users should get there by tram otherwise you have to climb a very hard uphill way.

A bit of a walk from old town area (but you can take public transport easily). A bit noisy as windows face the main road, but closing windows helps reduce noise (though the room will become very warm). The shower cubicles have no separate dry area for putting on or changing and the hooks are all located outside the cubicles.
New and generally clean. Close to public transport for easy connections to old town, castle area, train station and bus statiob. Bed was really comfortable with privacy curtain.

price high. not an industrial hostel burlt a bit on the formal side. but no complaints here actually.
modern, and clean. comfy beds, toilets clean. reception helpful. kitchen very well equipped. location good, central, closeby market and exchange office. they kept my stuff for a day for free. great terrace area. felt very safe and comfortable during my whole stay.

I liked everything
rooms and bathrooms really clean and spacious. I was comfortable with using the shared locations, such as bathrooms and kitchens. Staff was helpful and skillful. Great place and I recommend for sure!

Overall facility was so clean and well designed. I loved staying there - great ambiance. It made me feel like I was at home or some sort of nicely designed common space.

There was no air conditioning , although there was a fan it was not near enough for the heat in the room.
Seperate rooms for men and women's toilets and showers , the curtains on each bed in each room were great.

Hostel room didn’t have AC and was insanely hot. If they had AC, this would be an easy 10. Also if they added a bit more communal vibe that’d be great.

The locker cage was under bed and required your own lock.
The facilities were decent. Very comfy to stay. The staff was very helpful as well.

Noisy nights because of the open windows and a lot of police raids in the nearest street under the windows, but you just should get the ear plugs in advance and I believe it’s this noisy just in summer time.
The girl at the first day was met us with a big smile on her face and warm welcome. Pavel was really nice and later on showed the hostel with answering all the question with details and thoughtful answers foster smoother and warmer stay in this hostel. Further more the bathroom has big windows and plenty natural sunlight and the beds were really comfy.

Avoid the breakfast, not worth the 250CZK. Better options outside the hostel.
Nice modernised hostel, expensive but worth the price given the quality of the facilities. Very clean bathroom and good shower pressure. The beds have a USB and a small bedlight.

Best hostel I've stayed at. Everything was so clean and nice! Location was great. Beds comfortable. Staff was fun. Pavel was hilarious and great at engaging guests. He made the stay in Prague even better!!!!

This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed. It even smells nice! The bed is big and the pillow is gigantic! The bathroom has big windows and plenty natural sunlight. I had a great time.

It feels like an hotel. You have a nice elevator to go to your room. The bed is really comfortable. The room is big and you have a shared table. The bathroom are really nice.
