The bathroom labels are a bit strange so people were entering wring bathrooms.

The hostel opened very recently, everything is new and clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is small, but clean and has everything. The staff is super helpful and kind. The overall hostel desig and conecept inspired by nature is quite relaxing and nice.

my stay at Luma Terra Prague is far from exceptional 😀 everything was amazing, from the location, facilities and staff everyone was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

plug sockets didn't allow standard UK-EU adaptors. there was a bar advertised but this was unfinished and therefore unavailable. bit far to Museum Metro

Good breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and airy done out to 4 star hotel grade specification. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. You would not know you're in a hostel.

The room was very comfortable but since it’s a slightly busy street you may have to keep the window closed at night. But otherwise quite perfect in terms of cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort (beds, bathrooms etc). The staff is also super helpful and warm

This hostel was the cleanest hostel I have been to! Everything was so charming, including the decor, the lounge areas and the room itself. The location is great, literally 5 min walk from the main square (near the National museum). The tram and train stops were also just a 5 min walk away

Fiddly heating/aircon system meant room was quite warm (until a cleaner managed to turn it off and opened the window!) Shower was also fiddly to use. Minor problems, though.

Recently-opened hotel (as of October 2022) and still had a "new hotel" smell about it! Really friendly staff, simply-furnished room with a great view over the city. Good location near the station and the old town, very handy for trams and metro too as well as food chains.

This hostel is luxurious and super modern. It’s great that I am able to pick not just from dorm rooms but also from private hotel rooms. The place is clean and the staff is really friendly. There’s an open kitchen as well as a terrace.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luma Terra, the location is convenient - a short walk from the old town or the new town. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. All of the employees working there were very kind and helpful!

located near tram/metro station, 1 metro stop from the main station windows are very isolating, busy street, but quiet when windows are closed everything was new (recently opened or refurbished?) staff was very nice

Cleanliness’friendly and helpfull stuffs’good location. to accessibility to tram you need to walk just about 100 meter.Take tram 22 and you will see almost all over the prague. Three station far from Florence station and 10 minutes walk to main railway station. If i go back to Prague again’i will book this hostel for sure.thank you Guys👍
