Cleanliness was the biggest issue, fitted sheets (from beds) and pillows are extremely used and destroyed, towels too small for adults. In my opinion, if they paid a little more attention to the apartment, they could get much better reviews.

Location at the center. It’s a renovated apartment at the historic center but not well renovated. Good value for money for the price we payed.

Overall cleanessness was a bit dissapointing, there was high humidity in the appartment, some appliences were broken, only few towels were provided. The pin code of the key box was misleading and check out time a bit too early.

The location was great! Free parking on weekends, comfortable beds, suits well for 4 adults or travel with kids. Host communication was good.

The apartement was clean, but several furnitures were damaged. The kitchen and the fridge were not working. The kitchen boxes were hardly to open without damaging the doors. The walls, especially in the sleeping room were wet, not to say moldy. Sensitive visitors should handle this with care.

The location in the mid of town was perfect. Reaching the main place and the shopping center within minutes.

Excellent location, right in the city centre. Very quiet place. Self check-in. The room was very big for 2 people. I can imagine that it can be comfortable for 4 people as well. Kitchen has all equipment needed for short stay.

the apartment is in the center, the bedding was clean, I had a shower towel on the shelf, the refrigerator was on and cooled well, the apartment was equipped with nice pictures, there was toilet paper in the bathroom, plenty of tables for eating, studying or storing things, large beds

I had a hard time finding the entrance, when I did I had to type in the password several times to get the key box to openwhen I managed to open it I found keys with some cloth that looked like my apartment keys. when I got to the apartment, I realized that the door from the entrance closes poorly without a key that the handle on the inside falls out, that the door from my apartment squeaks it was not warm inside the apartment, both windows were open the fridge door had fallen off and was closing poorly, I fixed it. the bathroom felt like sanitary facilities there was no towel in the bathroom for the face the shower cubicle creaked and was difficult to open the shower holder is not suitable for the shower I was not even greeted with cold water in the refrigerator there was no hand towel, I just found a towel in the shelf above the fridge the coffee pot was full of some white powder so i couldn't even boil water for tea or coffee. I filled it with water and left it there is no microwave or oven in the apartment, nor is there a TV.sleeping pillows are of very poor quality so much for my impression.

From photos it looked fairly good but when we arrived, we understood the price. The walls are in bad condition, the kitchen also in bad condition. We found some suspicious clothes in kitchen cabinets?? All very weird, smelled funky, the bedsheets did not feel or smelled clean. We were scared to use anything in the apartment. Especially the couch with very visible stains !! Would NOT recommend, especially for a longer stay.

It is an old apartment with a lack of maintenance. The handles on the first door were not fixed. We found some false eyelashes still in the blankets. The plastic bathroom mat looked dirty.

The dirtiest apartments I've ever stayed in. The sheets are old and wrinkled, it's hard to even call them clean (there is dirt on them), the furniture is broken, the sofa is stained, the shower is moldy. We stopped for the night to rest from the road, but the feelings remained mixed.

This was a family trip of 4 of us and when we arrived, we wanted to take a shower and found out that there were only 4 hand towels. We called the property to requests the 4 big towels that were missing and the staff said they had a shortage of towels and that they couldn’t provide any, that we could go and buy them ourselves?? I was shocked when I got asked to go and buy my own towels and tried to explain that it was not possible to dry ourselves after shower with such small towels and that they advertise to provide them, to what the person on the phone replied that he will check with the manager and call me back. After an hour, they hadn’t called so I called them back and they didn’t pick up. I had to phone booking.com to explain the issue as I could get hold of them. Moreover, the fridge does not close properly, and later in the night when trying to cook dinner, we found a burnt pot, disgusting. To complete the experience, the handle of the main door fell off. The apartment needs A LOT of maintenance work. As for the staff, rude, not bothered and with a tremendous lack of customer service. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.
