Suite was excellent and incredible spacious. We used the spa facilities which were included in the price of the stay and they were great (steam room, sauna, full gym and relaxation room). Special mention to the breakfast which was absolutely exceptional.

Not a hotels fault, but our neighbours were a bit noisy. Breakfast was a bit crowded and order from menu came a bit long.

Great location, most popular attraction places are reachable within a walking distance. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast menu.

The restaurant was closed for a private party one of our nights and the music is really getting in to your room.

Loved the interiour of the hotel and both the restaurant/bar and spa were really great. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a five starred hotel. Fresh and a lots of variety, a la cart orders as well as gluten free options. Location was really good, just a few minutes walk to the old town. Could also recomend a micro brewery located just cross the streat named Meat Beer who we think had the best beer in Prague after trying five different micro breweries.

We went to the monkey bar one evening and the lady wasn't very welcoming. We ended up leaving without ordering.

The breakfast was exceptional. The use of the sauna and steam room and relaxing area were a real treat.

I paid for breakfast separately, and it seems the system doesn't update when you do that, so every time I went for breakfast, I had to ask the staff to please check with the reception because I was told I didn't have it included.

The hotel was really lovely, clean and smelled nice everywhere. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Excellent drinks and food. The breakfast had so many options I wanted to try everything. The location was also excellent, in the city centre, close to convenient transport and within walking distance of the main attractions. I didn't try the spa.

Our bathroom door was not working properly and mind that regular rooms look different - meaning they have small windows and you don't have any view basically.

I liked the design, cleanliness, and pleasant scent in the air. And spa of course!

Location was very near to the old town but far enough away from the busy and noisy areas. The room was excellent-loved the interior and was a very generous size by European standards. Loved that it has a gym as well!

We chose this hotel due to ease of access from the train station after a long day of travel. The property is clearly visible from the station entrance and but a 5 minute walk through a little park. The room was modern, clean, and functional. The breakfast buffet was among the best we have experienced in all of Europe with a wide array of foods of all sorts along with a cook to order menu. The hotel receptionist recommended we used ride sharing company Bolt to get around town rather than regular taxis. Using Bolt was indeed inexpensive, reliable, and efficient.

Our bathroom clogged on the first night so we had to switch rooms, but everything was taken care of immediately.

I’ve traveled extensively and this was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The buffet selection was diverse and the a la carte menu was absolutely delicious. I loved making my own juices in the morning!

Air con control in the room was tricky

Really great location, the bedrooms are super nice, nice big bed and even the shower gel/shampoo were a nice quality. The staff are friendly and super people. The front deck / reception (male) was really helpful and friendly.
