The design and the athmosphire, the welcome stuff, the great Monkey Bar, and the breakfast. It was one of the best urban hotels we have ever stayed in.

The bar had a dj playing in the weekend. We heard some music from our room but it wasn't until late.

The location is great, especially if you arrive by train. The breakfast was 10/10. The buffet was all you wished for and there was even a -a la carte- addition. The decoration of the hotel and room was really nice. Beds were comfortable and the shower good!

I found the bed to be a bit hard for my preferences—it was okay for the 2 nights and it didn’t ruin my stay—just a note for others.

Breakfast was, by far, the best included breakfast I have received at any hotel. Full stop. Staff was very helpful overall, allowing us to leave bags, borrow scissors, recommended restaurants, etc. Room was very nice and rather large. Location between central train station and new town + old town Prague was fantastic.

Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. We had a twin room and the single beds seemed huge! The Monkey Bar had great breakfasts and dinners. The staff both in the restaurant and front of house were happy and friendly. The location was fabulous and we were able to walk everywhere. The little touches such as afternoon drink refreshments and little brownies at front reception made the hotel feel that little bit special. We also loved the well-equipped gym facilities.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful decor, trendy bar with a good vibe and cocktails. Well located, about 1km away the astronomical clock. Breakfast was great too, order the waffle!!!!

Only flaw: I went to run a bath and the tap for the tub had brownish water, so I skipped the bath. My guess is that it's not run a lot. Shower was fine.

I wish I had more days at this hotel. It was the nicest stay during my trip. Room was really nice and comfortable, bar and restaurant were great and breakfast was fantastic.

If there had been a jacuzzi in the spa that would have been the cherry on top of an exceptional stay.

What a fabulous hotel, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location close to the main train station, airport bus stop and many of Prague's best sites and tourist attractions. The room was lovely with very comfortable beds and again lovely decor. A highlight was the cocktail bar (Monkey Bar) which is a destination in itself serving tasty tapas and the best cocktails we've had in a long time. The spa (which was modern, clean and well designed) was also a pleasure to relax and unwind in after a day of walking the streets of Prague. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this gorgeous city.

The staff was super nice. I enjoyed the breakfast. I wish to come to this hotel during my next visit to Prague, next time with the family, but was informed i would need to pay extra for the small dog, so unsure because of that. But for me alone it was really super.

I would have liked to adjust the room temperature to lower than 21° but didn’t seem possible. Everything else was perfect.

Beautifully designed, extremely well maintained, clean, brilliantly managed, excellent service. Outstanding facilities, gym, spa, restaurant. Yet understated, relaxing and service from staff who naturally and genuinely appear to care.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The location was great and easy to get around from. Across from the train station and walkable to all attractions. The Monkey Bar was fantastic with great food and incredible drinks. Highly recommend this hotel.
