I thought the hotel looked great when we booked but it was even better when we arrived. Decor is beautiful, room was lovely and the bed was huge! Absolutely book breakfast, it’s fantastic value for money and the food is beautiful. I’m not normally a fan of eating in a hotel restaurant as I try to venture out but the monkey bar was fantastic, food was amazing, cocktails were delicious and again, the decor is beautiful. I don’t normally go back to the same hotel but I would absolutely return to the the Falkensteine Prague. loved it.

- pillow menu not available in the evening and no hours mentioned on it, so couldn’t try - clock somewhere in the spa area could be useful, but I see why it might not be there :)

- lovely spa with 2 sauna and nice chill out zone - great localization, very close to the train station and the old town - very professional, friendly and helpful staff - possibility of a early check in and late check out upon request

I really enjoyed my stay here! The bed was so comfortable, shower head was excellent, espresso machine was nice, and the maid services were excellent - my room was very clean every day. I enjoyed time in the steam room and sauna. The bar and restaurant associated with the hotel were great too - excellent food and cocktails. Location of the property is really convenient, as it’s right next to a metro and regional train station. I highly recommend this hotel!

Spa opens from 3 pm, and in the morning it is closed. It would be better to open after breakfast.

Breakfast was exceptionall. Worth to mention that the spa and relax zone was the most enjoyable spa I have ever tried. It is a real boutique hotel with all its 5-star services. I recommend to visit for everyone, because it is a real value for money. Thank you, that was a splendid stay.

I must say that I was very pleased with the qualities of service that were provided. From the moment I entered the building, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was visiting the Monkey Bar, where the lady who served us drinks was a pleasure to talk to and incredibly helpful. She ensured that we had a memorable experience. Additionally, the breakfast spread was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, catering to all tastes and preferences. The mattress sagged in the middle, which was uncomfortable, which was strange considering this was a recently renovated hotel. When we inquired about the decrease in temperature we were told that it was not possible to open a window. Since there were negative temperatures, it became unpleasant.
