Nice hotel in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city. It was about a 20-minute walk to the center, a nice walk. There is a shopping center nearby. The room on the ground floor was spacious, the beds comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom, even a hairdryer. We did not use the wellness. I didn't catch the wifi in the room and we didn't even ask, we were there for 1 night, so we didn't use it. Breakfast was good, classic selection, everything fresh and tasty. The reception is connected to the restaurant bar, the staff is nice and helpful.

Very friendly and kind staff. Due to our schedule, we had to leave before official breakfast serve. Locall staff woke up early to prepare breakfast 45min earlier just for us.

Really good food if you're here for dinner. Breakfast was nothing special, just OK. Friendly staff with good English and pleasant room with everything you need. Well worth a stay!

Liquid soaps in the bathroom (wash basin and shower) have only been replenished after my request. I would assume these should have been checked regularly by the hotel staff. Empty trays are especially not convenient at the late night arrival.

These premises offer very comfortable stay with luxurious rooms and excellent restaurant. Breakfast is delicious too, though subject to the number of accommodated guests, sometimes it is in the form of the buffet table, sometimes a la carte. The hotel's location is in the vicinity of the town (Novy Jicin), still in a very calm and pleasant area. The hotel is also suitable for a long-term stay for business purposes, having a large working table in the room.

Missed table and chair to have the chance to work with my laptop. Reception explained this with delivery issues and they promised to have on my next stay.

Quite new hotel with really nice and clean rooms. Good restaurant so that you do not have to go anywhere else for dinner. Free parking directly in front of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly english speaking stuff.

We assumably got the last room, in the attic (most top floor). It was a very hot day and we booked to room just half an hour before arrival so the room was extremely hot when we arrived. Needed to keep the AC at its maximum the whole night.

The interiors of the restaurant and the bar were very nice!! Good food and very nice breakfast incl. also fresh berries 🤗 Great value for money! AC worked, although it took a while to cools down the attic room.

Our room was on top of the spa and toward the nearby somewhat busy route. Because the spa heated the room pretty warm we kept our windows open but then the noise from the road was disturbing our sleep at early morning. We also booked a queen size bed but got a king(2 mattresses connected). It was already late when we noticed it so we didn’t go bother the staff. However, in the morning they kindly told us that we should have and they would have given us a different room, so not really mad about this and smarter next time!

Lovely small hotel. Very nice welcome by staff. Great bar and cozy restaurant with good value, simple but tasty food. Spacious and clean room(comfort-#2) with nice linens. Good breakfast in a lovely atmospheric area.

The shower water temperature cycled between cold and scalding every 10 seconds The Air conditioner was garbage. Literally not cold at all, and the fan speed it did have was anemic. We brought in our own standing fan that’s how bad it was

I was not satisfied with the fact that there was no hot water in the bathroom in the morning. The water has had hardly a max. of 25 degrees.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. All hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offer is over the standard in the similar type and sizes of hotels.
