It was a little too dark when arriving at night. Some motion lights near the gate would be great. I did not receive any instructions how to check out.

Convenient for one night stop on a road trip. Not far from the highway. It was clean, late check in available. The price was reasonable.

Everyting was good for this price.

Clean, comfortable, cheap option for one night during longer car travel. Easy check-in (keys in the security box near a gate) and you can arrive late at night. Big car parking, quiet neighborhood.

We came late at night and very totally exhausted after 12 hours in the car. The cleaning lady knocked on the doors, got into rooms (we took two) and woke us up!! It was already early, we were deepely sleeping! We were guests who paid to have a rest. My wife has heart problems and she CAN NOT be woken up so suddenly as it threatens her. This was absolutely inacceptable. Lack of culture! Then the lady was nice however we feel so badly due to not enough sleep..

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Penzion is located in a quiet area, thus you will not have a problem of any noise from street etc. Remote check-in enables quick and comfortable getting into appartement. Good telephone/WhatsApp contact with the owner who seemed to be nice and helpful person (he offered us a few acvomodation options to choose which was very kind 😊). However knocking on the door and getting INSIDE the room in order to WAKE UP the guest by the staff is absolutely inacceptable!!

I am riding electric motorbike to challenge a world record, I am so happy that I can park my motorbike inside the property without any worries. This property has huge space and it is a most friendly place for motorbike riders.

Checked in at Mini Suite. Had to check out in 1 hour. The room had an unbearable smell of bug spray. Inspected the beds - bed bugs. We were not ready to endure this and so we checked out. In comparison to bed bugs, other issues seem insignificant. The road to the hotel is not paved and has massive holes. Hotel surroundings are not looked after, no footpaths, mud everywhere. Far away from the city, in the middle of a field, with no security. No restaurants or grocery stores near the location, you won't be able to buy even a bottle of water. Very narrow homemade beds (very thin and uncomfortable). The fridge was disgustingly dirty.

The property is not so much a touristic accommodation as it is an accommodation for construction workers to sleep over, refresh and relax with an evening beer or two. We did not appreciate the impersonal style. The housekeeping lady was kind, though, although reachable only on demand through the owner. The common "kitchen" was a disaster - pots and pans have to be rented against a deposit; there were also no utensils (only wooden spoons) or knives, ladles etc. Not really meant for preparing a meal. As the kitchen was one of the reasons why we chose this accommodation, we were disappointed. The quiet surroundings, which were appreciated by the previous visitors in the comments, are disturbed by the nearby highway and the fact that we didnt really feel comfortable sitting outside in the evening. Maybe ok for spending a night on the way, but definitely not a family location.

Good communication with the owner, in English, which turned out to be quite rare on our trip through the Czech Republic. The room was ok.

the problem were other people who stayed there. They were only men and they were drinking vodka/beer, smoking, listening music, watching tv in the same time. they were some kind of workers who worked in that area and slept in this pension. some of them slept in the cars. We brought all more expensive things feom a car into house because we were afraid of a thief. that was most horrible stay in my life. staff(alone woman) was locked inside one of the room. I guess she was not comfortable with the guests as well

Nice surroundings, a lot of wild rabbits jumping in the fields.

It was supposed to be "entire chalet". But it was a half of a chalet and I could hear every whisper of the occupants of the other half. Bathroom, toilet were in a building quite a bit away.
