How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Hard check-in at night, the same for parking at night, also parking is not free
Good location, great view for the whole Prague from the room. Nice tasty breakfast.

Can't really think of anything.
We loved the location. Up on top of the hills overlooking the old town meant we were part of beautiful historic buildings but we also crossed the Charles Bridge as a daily ritual. Staff were helpful, breakfast lovely, rooms cosy and historic.

Old building, incredibly well kept and modernized. The room (a studio) was very large, nicely put toegether, with a comfortable couch and armchairs, coffee table, desk and a little corner with tee and coffee. The upstairs bedroom was cozy and warm. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. The location is up the hill, just a stroll to Loreta and Prague Castle. Just around the corner is an alley taking you to the most amazing views of Prague. Definitely worth the visit and I will be coming back.

Entry to the parking lot is very narrow. Cars wider than 2,2m will likely get into trouble, better check before hand.
Excellent hotel in close walking distance to the palace and Charles Bridge. Spacious rooms, with a cool ambiance. Parking spots available and necessary, when travelling by car.

Love this hotel! The room was so big, had a bath! Had all the details a hotel should have! Staff were helpful and breakfast was really nice! A spot for the hop off hop on bus is just 2 minute walk and Prague Castle was close

The location of the power plugs was quite weird in my room, but it is certainly a minor drawback. For those coming by car, please mind that the entrance gate is really narrow, so the people driving larger cars should have that in mind.
The location is very original, in a close neighbourhood of an early modern monastery complex. The hotel itself is very neat, ably combining the historic core of the building with modern furniture and facilities. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfasts with varied offer of foods, with many options for those who are vegetarians too. Note that Prague is an extremely tourisitc city, so it was quite a discovery to find this hotel, which was not that far from the historic centre (15 mins walk), but at the same it remains a truly peaceful retreat from the noises of the Mala Strana and the surroundings of the Charles Bridge. I have really enjoyed my stay!

The location is fabulous, you can see Prague from up above waiting for you to meet; I enjoyed eating apples directly from the fruit tree without washing them, just like I used to do when I was a child at my grandparents'. Felt like home...The hotel's staff just great, breakfast super...we will surely return...We have not had enough...

Perfect location for a visit to the city - close enough to enjoy but far away enough to avoid the crowds. Peaceful - attentive staff - safe parking - warm welcome - great breakfasts.

Air Condition in upper bedroom didn't work.

Really hard to find anything I didn't like. If I absolutely had to pick something, I would probably say that our car barely fitted through the monastery gate. If you drive a big car, you might have to give up.
The location is exceptional, old monastery not only is an extraordinary building, but it is also situated on the top of the castle hill giving a commanding view of the city. Delicious breakfast and, first and foremost, great and helpful staff - exceeding all expectations.

We had a nice family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Very comfortable beds, very quiet. I stayed in Prague in several places and this one is by far my preferate location: inside the monastery yard, close to Prague castle and old town, offering an exceptional view of the city, next door to a very good brewery.

It is at the top of the hill and when it was very hot it could be quite challenging to walk back up.
The history of the building, the breakfast room with the outside terrace, lovely breakfasts and friendly staff.
