Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Possibility to park your car in the garage is a very big advantage if you travel by car. If we are going to prague again, we will definitely try to get a room in this hotel again!

Room little bit dusty The room not cleaning throughly.

Great location, spacious room Polite and very helpful staffs, especially the guy who worked as the night shifts receptionist. The hotel has laundry service which is a plus point, they washed and fold out laundry neatly and put them in a new plastic bag. If we had any chance to visit Prague again, we will consider to stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the central area of old town Prague (10 min walk) and near the Charles Bridge (5 min walk) whilst also in a quiet street which was great to return to of an evening. It is modern whilst retaining some nice styling and features internally. Staff were really welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was really good, simple and enjoyable. Would recommend to others.

Our only problem was the second night I had to have a very cold shower because the hot water went off. I told reception who sorted it quickly and even sent a bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket for our inconvenience - a really nice touch. Apparently it was a blown fuse. However, on our third and last night the water went off again, but this time it wasn't quite so cold. I again told reception who suggested that we'd run off all the hot water. I tend to agree with this, but when my wife had only had a quick shower before I got in it, I don't think it is something that should happen in a modern hotel.

Great hotel. Very spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, WiFi fast and reliable (and free). Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Location was good for getting to all the main sights in Prague with some great restaurants and bars within a few hundred metres without going into the main town.

Less amenities than in other hotels I’ve stayed in but for us all about location so it was great for this trip.

How large the rooms were. The location was great & a fabulous shower. Only stayed for 2 nights but was perfect to step out and explore Prague.

There’s only two of us but the hot water didn’t last for the second person to shower. I showered with cold water for half the duration of my shower session, in wintertime-4 degrees!!! Not great at all!

Location is perfect for sightseeing and the Christmas markets. You can go back to the hotel to rest up in between sightseeing as it can be tiring. Close to so may food options.

In the room, the air conditionning was making a lot of noise, even at night.

The localization was perfect to visit Prague walking. The breakfast food was amazing. The room are modern and clean. The personel is very kind and provided ideas of sightseeing in the city.

This is a central Europe thing rather than Moods specifically, but we hated the, 'his and hers' duvets (it was the same in Berlin and Vienna). They're very antisocial and fall off the bed.

Nice hotel, well situated. Moods is a great place to stay if you like walking around cities. It's close to all the major sites.

Staff was polite, lady at the reception gave us tips and ideas of what to see in the city. Our room was big, comfortable and cleaned every day. Breakfast was also good, nice choice of food. I liked the location the most, hotel is located next to the Charles Bridge, so it's a great starting point to go and explore each part of the city. Plus there was no noise coming from outside, so we could have a nice rest.
