I just wish they had a slightly larger gym. Maybe if they could add a yoga mat or some free weights, it would be better!

Breakfast is great, the rooms are spacious and very clean! Beautifully designed interior spaces, amazing location just steps from the river! Just a dream! Gym was small but nice.

Receptionists were very helpful and made us feel extremly welcome. Very good breakfast buffet. Everything was refilled, tidied , cleaned up quietly and efficiently. Really good cakes for breakfast too!

The pressure of shower in the 5th floor is very poor.

Only negative I can pick out is the entrance had a heavy door and a flight of stairs as the main entrance. There was a side door that also granted access at ground level but we were unaware of this on arrival so hauled bags up the stairs. This was not a massive inconvenience to us personally but making guests aware of this prior to their arrival may be useful to some guests. (Aware this is such a small thing to pick out but attests to the high standard of stay at this hotel)

Very central location which made walking into the Old Town very accessible. Despite central location the hotel was quiet and made for a pleasant stay. Hotel is located just off of a busy tram stop and public transport was regular and user friendly. Staff were friendly on arrival and offered a local map with areas they recommended we visit. We took their recommendations and were delighted with what the city had to offer. Breakfast was varied during our stay and had lots to chose from. Very clean and was satisfied with every breakfast. Our room was excellent and extremely clean. Storage was ample for the two of us and the bathroom had lots of space for toiletries etc.

bathroom is kind of dark. fridge in the cabinet can be a fire hazard. the cabinet got so hot because of the fridge, we had to keep it open.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, in a great location very close to Charles Bridge and the old town is only a few steps away. It is a very nice property to stay in with very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast caters for most tastes and is a great start to the day. I would recommend that you do the 2 hour panoramic bus tour which helps you to orientate yourself in the city as well as visiting top sites like the Slavin memorial and the castle. Prague is an awesome city which is totally set up to handle the vast amount of tourists it receives, beit ATM's, WC's or restaurants. After just visiting Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna and Warsaw, Prague was definitely our favourite. Make sure that you go up the sky bar a few 100m upstream of the hotel next to the river. The views are superb.

Front desk - confusion because we used the booking app And the front desk check in is also the concerige so when you need to check in or out you have to wait for the one person at the desk to finish booking excursions for other guests and it is a very small lobby area

The hotel has the perfect location, very easy to get everywhere, close to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and a bit of walk to the Castle. You can take the bus (bus stops around the corner) and restaurants. The room was very nice and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff was very helpful and attentive. I will recommend anyone who wants to visit Prague to stay here.
