It wasn't cheap but I would say that it was value for money - for 4 hours good sleep!

This was a very short stay after a train delay so I needed a 24 hour reception close to Ostrava station. Apart from fulfilling this criteria the hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were the high point. Even though it was 2.30 in the morning the service at reception was excellent and very cheerful. I had to leave early before the normal time for breakfast but it was no problem for the night receptionist to prepare a really substantial packed alternative. Unbeatable service!

Moskitos in the room stung me at the night. Spiders and other small insects in the room corners.

We stayed 1 night becouse it’s really close to motorway!Bassic rooms and breakfast. Big car park without extra charge .Onen 24/7!We had late check in without any problems! Perfect for short stay!

A friendlier greeting on my arrival!

The location was excellent, on tram and bus routes - 3 stops to the main railway station (10 minutes walk) and three stops to the city centre in the other direction (15 minutes walk). On my arrival I was greeted by a female receptionist where I felt I was an imposition on her work. This was a shame because the other receptionists I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived in pouring rain, soaking wet and I had to wait until she was ready to check me in. The room was superb, very spacious and comfortable. All the facilities worked well although no air-conditioning remote control unit was available in the room. The beds were excellent and the duvet provided was a good size and very warm. Breakfast was a pleasant experience and served promptly (7-10am Mon to Fri, 8-10am Sat & Sun). A good choice of drinks, meats and pastries were available.

Horrible bed , creaked till morning , also got aching back in the morning , something not right with heating as you needed to keep pressing its button etc..

The hotel is ok and does not meet my expectations. Rooms were cold, and I had to ask staff to on the heating system. Breakfast was average. I dont say that the hotel is valuable for money. They should charge less OR up the service and all other level to the level of charges what they are asking.

I choose this hotel mainly on the strength of it supposedly, according to the advert and pictures, having a restaurant. I even cancelled my first hotel option because it did not.have a restaurant and because I arrived over and for Christmas the entire city was closed for three days i.e. no restaurants open. So imagine my dissatisfaction at hearing the hotel restaurant was shut,not just over Christmas but has been for a long long time ( I've read in comments from last year) So my Christmas eve and Christmas day ,.apart from the provided breakfast,had zero to eat . Absolutely disgusting behaviour. False information about amenities. I also understand the so called spa area was not available Thanks for ruining my Christmas!! And change your advertisement here. You DO NOT have a restaurant.

I didn't like: - the quality of the room, I booked suite and it was at the older part of the building with very old furniture and repairment. As I understood they have updated most of the rooms in the newest part of the hotel but not all and didn't do any repairment in older part where the suits are. - the room was big, but it had so many unnecessary furniture, for 3 people which it can fit it had 3 tables (kitchen, tea table and desk), 3 armchairs, couch and 5 chairs. - no sockets next to the bed and next to the desk, in order to plug something near table you need to unplug lamp or TV or fridge. - there is old alarm clock next to bed and as light is turned off when you take the card from room, it resets every time you leave the room, not sure why such device is needed. I had to unplug it otherwise it bothers with constant flashing - very old hairdrier - no trash bin in the bathroom - this room has 3 skylights and one is over the bed, I was in winter and I could feel cold from it, so I had to change place of head and legs - strange things: fridge which was hanging on the wall, remote control for airconditioner which was locked to the wall. - old towels, one was even with the hole - breakfast was basic and repetative but you will not leave hungry - suite was on the 3d floor but there was no direct elevator to that part of the building, you had to go to 2d floor with elevator and then 1 floor upstairs on foot - very bad lightening in the room, it was felt like being in the basement

There are several things I liked: - location, it was not far from the city center (15 min walk or 2 stops by tram) as well as railwaystation, the same distance. Trams go regularly, 5 min walk to supermarket. - Wifi was also good in the hotel. - staff was very friendly and helpful - room was quite and warm
