United Arab EmiratesWe did not like the staff attitude which was not hospitable at all. The reception guys were both new and not at all helpful, they did not know literally anything and did not bother to call the duty manager. There was no greeting at the arrival, no help with carrying the luggage, no briefing about the facilities/restaurant and checkout timings, basically a self-service).There is no kettle in the room and they were not able to organize any even from their restaurant so we kept struggling to prepare baby formula for all our 4-nights stay. The restaurant is useless as they close at 9.30pm and when we arrived at the hotel hungry at 9.35 they did not accept us (even when we asked for some bread for the baby it was a problem). No room service at all and they were not able to recommend any restaurant in the neighbourhood either. My feeling is the hotel although nice itself is very poorly managed and the staff lacks basic training. I have not seen any manager during our stay and nobody even bothered to ask if we are happy with the stay. Most probably all the attention goes towards their gym. In the hospitality business it is very vital to communicate with your guests and give them the feeling of being taken care of. I have many examples of poor staff performance and attitude from our stay, however it is not the point to name them all. Someone clearly spent large amounts on creating a nicely designed hotel but failed at managing it. The hotel could easily score a 10/10 if there is some basic improvements and more management involvement. The stay itself was comfortable but the feeling of being unwanted left us disappointed.
Location of the hotel is superb, very peaceful at night and beautiful views during day. The room was rather clean and the bed comfortable. The design is interesting with a nice garden and we appreciated the possibility to keep the windows open at night. The minibar was well equipped with Czech regional beverages (but no water), sadly charged extra. Parking is large and very convenient. Overall a great property when it comes to design.

PolandI expected a bit more from the breakfast and the food. The location was also not perfect, but as noted above, it might be suitable to some. Let me also note I didn't really have any expectations in relation to that and it was totally my fault for not checking it more closely when booking. In relation to food, I also have to note it was actually really good, I was slightly disappointed because everything else was superb and I expected that from the food as well. Maybe I would have changed my mind if I stayed for longer than a day and ate more than 2 meals there (steak for dinner, everything for breakfast).
The room and the shower were superb. Actually the entire room, bathroom and setup were superb. If you like to be in the middle of nowhere, so was the location. While I did not use it, the gym appeared amazing as well, and you have a sports nutrition store right next to the reception desk. You also get some complementary Nutrend sports treats when you stay there (protein bars) and 3 bottles of water, one being sparkling (which is rare - usually you get one). I definitely recommend the hotel and will most likely return in the future. From my perspective, it is the best for active life driven individuals and couples.

Georgia10:30 Check-Out time is too early, that is what I did not like the most. The hotel has a spa but only with additional charges. The reason why I chose this hotel was a spa but it did not work.
Property itself is great with its amenities etc. Staff is great as well.

UkraineThere was a very strong smell of some air freshener or cleaning chemicals in the room. Very unpleasant. Cheap, sad pillows and duvets, worn out bedding. It didn’t match the place.
Very beautiful place. It’s more of a gym with a hotel and restaurant, not the other way around. The breakfast was very good. I loved spreads in little jars. Nice terrace with berries growing all around it.

LithuaniaWe got room 201 close to the gym. And starting from 5.45 am it was really hard to sleep there because people lift heavy staff and generate noise through the wall. Also, the shower had no walls, so the whole bathroom was getting flooded with water, which is very inconvenient.
Great interior, both quality and look. Nice welcoming with a glass of champagne.

PolandThis hotel is adjacent to the factory. The location is awful. When we arrived around 9pm, we wondered if it was a mistake... In fact, the view on one side is ok, but the terrace overlooking the roof of the factory is a bad joke. Overall, 4 stars is not true in my opinion. The finish also leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast was poor to say the least. The bathroom was partly in the bedroom (sink) I definitely do not recommend.
