Nothing would have made it better. It was simply fantastic.

Beautiful, luxurious room, very quiet. Large bed with lots of pillows. Breakfast was simply amazing and the staff were professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is close to the old town for the Christmas markets and a short taxi ride from the train station.

We staid few times at same hotel, but first year room cleaning service was not at that high level they normally have.

Great location. Walking distance from center and Christmas bazar. Best breakfast. As for the room very well furnished, beds are comfortable.

The main lobby and breakfast place are newly done ,very clean and modern. I come to Olomouc every year and NH hotel is my first choice of stay. Breakfast is amazing ,location as well and rooms are spacious.

The only negative thing about this stay was the climate control in the room . It was hot outside and the air conditioning was off, we had to open the windows. It was colder at night so it was ok. During the day the room was really hot.

The room was big and comfortable. There is parking available at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

The scratched floors and the furniture in the room showed noticeable signs of use. Some renovation would definitely help to freshen things up.

My second stay at Premium room, which was more spacious and full of light, very comfortable. Restaurant at the hotel was very tasty, recommended. Definitely one of the best hotel at Olomouc with friendly staff and dog friendly.

This beautiful hotel is located at the best part of Olomouc, surrounded with green zone and sport activity centers while it's around for an 5-10m walk distance from the old town. The breakfast was great and the hotel itself is a very highly equipped one with great looking interior and with a lot of facility.

The are a couple of small things: - Wifi is not protected, so anyone could probably access it - The TV's seem ancient and really really slow (if you want to run youtube for example) - The last things is not any kind of a secret (we knew that before the reservation), but the wellness center is very expensive

The hotel is located in a fairly new building 10 minutes walk from the historic center. I provides everything you would expect from a hotel. - Great location - Convenient parking lots - Clean rooms - Some basic amenities like coffee and tea in the room - Great breakfasts with variety of tasty options - Option not to have your room cleaned up during the day with a coupon for a wine/beer/coffee etc in the bar - The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable - Air conditioning is really good and silent
