The personnel was great. We went there with a dog and they for example took care of our dog when we were in wellness or on a massage. The attitude of the staff was perfect. Also the wellness was great - from the pool to outside thermal baths and massages. The food was brilliant too. We really enjoyed the stay.

I have the impression that too many guests overstayed their booking in the spa facilities.

The wonderful staff really makes this place special. Great food and fairytale location. Absolutely worth it!

Booked a room with double bed and messaged the staff separately to confirm the room has double bed and not twin beds. Staff explicitly confirmed we have double but upon arrival, we found that it's just two beds pushed together with separate mattrases that create have a hole in between them... Dissapointing, given the explicit prior confirmation

- last min pregnancy massage cancellation we have not been informed about it via email, booking.com chat, phone.. this was extremely dissapointing to find out at the time of arrival and it has been one of the reasons why we booked this place 🫤 - starter (duck) I would suggest you remove from the menu completely at this portion/price or make it a bigger size and increase the price to match the quality and value🙄. It was quite a joke .. 🫤having said that, Kyselice soup was tasty. - single beds were too small but not the biggest problem and room a bit dark - a little wee bit problem with the smell from the toilets in the hotel complex should be looked into before it gets worse - I am not used to paying for sauna/jacuzzi when in hotels abroad, was quite shocking that not included in price ☹️ but apparently normal for Czech rep???

Bathroom downstairs was a little inconvenient.

Location in the middle of the forest, so quiet. Good restaurant with excellent service. Swim in pond most refreshing.

We have been there a year ago and our double bed had two single mattresses not even tied together, so as a couple wanting a break and some sexy time, the two mattresses separating all the time is huge pain in the ass. We complained last year and they promised they would get it fixed or at least strapped together. Imagine our surprise coming this year yo exactly same setup. For the price you pay, you expect a comfortable bed (moreover as a getaway relax weekend) and this is just infuriating. Told them again this time, the receptionist have not even apologised. Also, although the fireplace is super nice, it releases chemical smell once lit - I think it must be from the paint but unsure, but basically, due to the smell released, it's unusable. We were in aparment 11 if anyone from the hotel actually reads it and cares enough to fix it. Shame on management for building a super nice spa worth gazillions and going cheap on a one thing a couple really needs - a comfy mattress

No AC in the room. No speakers in the sauna. Very little space to keep things in the bathroom. Small sink. The open shower spills water all over the room.

Facilities like indoor pool a bit underwhelming, especially when looking at value for money.

Accomodation was nice, good breakfast, nice waiters in the restaurant, beautiful location and scenery.
