we couldn’t lock the door from the inside only from outside and the windows couldn’t be opened. there were some spiderwebs. also there wasn’t soap for hands.

The lady who welcomed us was really nice, the garden was also really pretty. unfortunately our room had broken shower so we had to stay in the bungalow. the location is great.

Staff is not friendly. Customer service is poor. Breakfast accommodation also poor. We had to wait for scrambled eggs, juice.

We stayed only one night, but the place completely met our expectations. The staff was very nice. On site possibility to buy food and beer. Free, large parking space. Good spot to move further to Czech Switzerland.

Location is maybe just a bit inconvenient if you travel with public transport. There is a bus (432), but it is quite irregular and depending on a route can take an hour to get there from Dečin (which is only 14km away)

Accommodation was extremely idilic in a beautiful place! I loved the small town atmosphere and coziness! Hostes was so kind and treated us with lunch and also a delicious dinner after a hike. Breakfast was exceptionally tasty and made just for us!

Breakfast was really good. The owner is super kind and he helped us prepare grill for the two of us only! All the staff was nice, room was clean and comfy, the location and views amazing. Pleace where you can feel a really family atmosphere.

The owner settled the payment manually by checking the exchange rate from their bank. However he never even showed us which value and from which site he used. When we complained about it through booking.com, he told us that booking.com’s value isn’t correct and we could have paid in cash as euro upon our check out. But this things should be communicated before and it was news to us. Either way, his way was not nice in my opinion. Bungalow was a bit chilly to stay in and very exposed. Main residence could be better. Breakfast wasn’t the best.

It is in the middle of National park, therefore very relaxing.

Absolutely wonderful lady, who made us feel very welcome and was always super helpful. The room was very cute and comfortable, and equipped with everything you need! We got to use the microwave and make ourselves tea and coffee. The food was amazing, too - very well spiced home cooked meals.

shower wasn't so warm. Had a very cold night, but found out the thermostat was stuck, fixed it and second night was good.

for cyclists not so convenient, very steep. Very rudimentary shed built of plywood [?] and not painted inside. Photos must have been taken from inside the pension, not the so-called 'bungalow'. Not enough usable sockets near fridge to use kettle without unplugging fridge , and kettle cable too short to use on the one other available socket. [sockets near fridge are mounted vertically and because of the shape of the plugs, not all sockets are thereful usable]. Toilet gave up after a few hours [no flush]. Although Breakfast good [plenty variety], because there were lots of guests everything vanished very quickly not leaving anything for people who did not arrive first thing. [eggs, lettuce, tomato, fried bread, yoghurt: all gone within minutes]. quite expensive for what it was, but I gave it a 'value for money' rating in keeping with the very steep prices elsewhere in the National Park.
