No Shampoo / No shower gel / No tea bags (it isn’t a big deal for the hotel to put some, but it’s highly appreciated when they exist) The shower was not warm, but mere normal. (Difficult to take a shower in a cold weather) Room for three people is only comfy for two, the third person gets the uncomfortable Sofa.

The hotel is close to a gas station with a shop open 24/24h. Close to a bus station that connects you with the rest of the local transports.

The city center is easily accessible from the area. There are a lot of restaurant and shop.

The receptionist's behavior was very bad. He initially handed me a room completely different from my reservation, and when I asked him to give me a suite according to my reservation, he delayed me a lot and claimed that he did not know that there were such rooms in the hotel. He began threatening to cancel my reservation and began to taunt me in front of the rest of the guests and deliberately delay me until he contacted the hotel management. They informed him that the suite I had booked would be delivered to me . But after approximately an hour. I hope that the hotel management will address this matter

Price wasn't too bad for the type of room, esp for my room. It would have been nice for breakfast to be included with the room price. Breakfast was not half bad, but wasn't worth the price they were charging, and the charge was on top of the price of the room. What got me angry most was the commotion and noise some Ukrainian refugees were making at night-drinking alcohol and talking and shout loud, playing loud music.

The staff seemed helpful, esp the gentleman working at the front desk.

It is not located close to the city centre, but you can leave your car there and get around by public transport. There is a bus station a few meters away.

"Room" There was a lot of noise and sound from corridor and neighboring rooms. The rooms were not soundproof.

our room was right next to the lift and it made terrible screeching sounds whenever someone used it some stains, rust and overall a little run down

The night shift receptionist was not at all welcoming (one with long hair). Was not willing to talk properly or listen to any requests. The middle aged man and his wife (working together in the morning shift) were extremely courteous. They went out of the way to make us comfortable.

Affordable hotel. Good connectivity from the main city (20 mins). Ample breakfast.

Problems with car parking near by hotel. There is optional parking place, but it costs 8€ per night... We had a no smoking room, but in fact there was a smoking smell. At breakfast was some cold menu, but warm dishes was not so tasty

- far far far from city center (10 min walking to reach bus station + 40 min to reach Charles bridge with bus!) - breakfast is not so varied , every day is same - if you take a room in gas station side , it would be so noisy - one of reception that I don't know the name (an 45 years old man with long black hair) is su wird and doesn't answer question properly and generally makes bad feels on you - bad pillows ( not comfortable )

Of course, the location is a little tricky to get to by public transport. Also, the bathroom wasn't super clean when we got in.

The checkin time is very late (3pm) and check out is also very early(10 am) . Its like not even 24hrs.

Far from city center but enough options to go there with public transport. Staff was not so welcoming and friendly. Maybe it was a language problem but the person behind the reception didn’t look happy when I asked something in English.
