How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

the location is perfect, it's very near to train station and also an asian restaurant is reachable within walking distance. The bed and room is very comfy, clean and big for 4 of us! :D we can park our car safely also with a fee but thats okay. Thank you, we really enjoy our stay there and would like to stay there again whem we visit Prague!

The property was spotless, very spacious and exactly what we expected from the photos. Good location easily accessible from the city centre via tram or walking, very easy check in process and easily accessible from the airport, friendly and helpful staff (very fluent in English). Great value for money. really recommend as a comfortable, good value base for exploring Prague.

While you stay there they will not help you to refill your room with toiletries, toilet paper, tissues nor clean towels you have to chaise them yourself.
It was really modern and the rooms are very well equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped I really like that.

Overly "compact", no extractor hood, smells stay in the room. No clothing storage (wardrobe or clothes rail) a seated area would have been great.
Clean, hotplate, cooker, washing machine, TV, WiFi.

The shuttle they offer to the airport is double the price of a taxi.

For 15 days stay...they gave us just 2 complementary cleaning... where as they should have given us ateast every 3rd day....

Our room was EXTREMELY warm - it was a cold weekend around 7-10 degrees but we still had to have the window open all day and night. I would advise anyone never to stay here in summer as I imagine it is unbearable. (There is no AC/fan). In winter, it's manageable and might even be nice if its colder. Very odd as the radiator wasn't on in the room but it was still crazy warm. Pillows were super uncomfortable and reception advised there was nothing they could do. Also, would be massively helpful to have a microwave in the room. A little difficult to find as the GPS location isn't great and the sign is at the back of the hotel. Maybe a bigger sign on the front of the hotel? All in all, for a short weekend trip in winter - if you need a kitchen to warm up food - does the job.
Staff were friendly. Clean and new facilities. Full size fridge. Very minimal - eg. 1 bedside table, only 2 forks/plates etc but I guess that's easier to keep clean. Everything worked well - cooker, oven, kettle. 5 minute walk from the tram stop. The same type of room (double) can differ quite a bit in size - ours wasn't that big but another member of the group had a much larger room - just a lottery I guess.

I really liked the facility and its location . It’s new and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Big TV , kitchen . New and nice beds. There’s garage.

The check-in process was super quick and easy! The staff a super pleasant and nice! The building is new and the apartments are really fresh! The apartments have a large fridge and a freezer as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Parking Garage 20 Euro. Street noise right before your window. Maybe more quiet rooms facing the courtyard.

Not much I didn't like!
The hotel exceeded my expectations. We had the most lovely stay. We had good and safe parking for the car, we had a small kitchen in our room, and the hotel was generally very nice, clean and quiet.

The hotel could have provided free housekeeping and room cleaning atleast alternative days. There could have been a dressing mirror provided in the room. There is only one mirror which is in the bathroom.
The location was spot on with the tram station and bus stop very nearby.

Lack of space to hang clothes (just shelves in the wardrobe. Lack of a curtain on one window near the entrance to the room (not directly in the sleeping area).
The cooking facilities in the room. The full sized fridge. Firm, comfortable beds. Good location for Andel, but direct tram access to other centres in Prague.
